"Oh, look!" Aviella points to the elephants, jumping up and down.

"I thought bears were your favorite animals." Justin says.

"They are, but I like elephants too, daddy." She says in her 'duh' voice.

"You're right, babe. I'm sorry." Justin holds his hands up in surrender and I laugh.

"Bella, do you see the elephants, princess?" I ask her.

I take her out of her stroller and point to the elephants. She looks everywhere except for the animals and I laugh.

"You wanna see the giraffes don't you?" I smile.

I place her on the ground, just to see if she'll stay near us, but of course, she's Bella, so she doesn't.

"I tried to let you free, but you failed the test." I shrug, picking her up again.

"I'll hold you for a little bit, but if daddy wants to be a buttface and not take you, you'll have to go in your stroller."

"Daddy's never a buttface. You're just a hater." Justin says as we walk towards the lions.

The zoo in Denver is split into the different continents, so they have the animals in whatever continent they're from. Right now, we're in Africa, with African Elephants and lions and all the good stuff.

I said that it wasn't a good idea to start with all the big stuff, but Aviella said she wanted to, so we ended up here.

"Mommy, look at the baby lions!" Aviella squeals, pointing at the glass.

"Yes, princess. I see the baby lions." I laugh.

"Can you take a picture of me, mama? Please?"

"Of course. You know mommy loves pictures."

I give Bella to Justin and take out my phone to take a couple pictures of Aviella. Then, Justin places Bella next to her and I get a couple of them together.

"My girls are so beautiful." Justin says.

After I put my phone away, I pick Bella up and we move on to the giraffes.

Bella's eyes widen when she sees the giant versions of her stuffed giraffe, Gary.

"Look at all those Gary's!" Aviella says.

I laugh, walking closer to the fence so Bella can see them better.

"See how big and beautiful they are, Bella? We'll have to ask daddy if he can get you a real giraffe." I giggle.

"Hell no." Justin says.

"She didn't even ask yet. Just mean." I playfully roll my eyes and Justin shakes his head, chuckling.

"Let me take a picture of you two. Bella's first time seeing a real giraffe." He says.

I nod, turning around to get a picture from the front, then a picture of Bella looking at them with such awe and admiration. I didn't know that a 1 year old could recognize something like this, and how much she liked it.

"I wanna take a picture with Bella!" Aviella says.

I place Bella on the ground again and Justin takes a few pictures of them together, then some with Bella by herself.

"Mommy, what's your favorite animal?" Aviella asks as Justin puts Bella back in her stroller.

"Dogs, duh. How did you not know that?"

"I did know that! I mean like animals from the zoo."

"Oh, yeah that would make sense. I think its a zebra. I like their stripes." I nod.

"What about you daddy?" Aviella looks up at Justin.

"Gorilla. They remind me of me." He smirks.

I roll my eyes, looking at the signs to see where we're going next.

"We'll go see the zebras, then move to a different continent." I laugh at my sentence and Justin looks at me like I'm crazy.

"What? I'm funny, and you know it."

"Yes, of course, babe." Justin nods quickly and I giggle.

Aviella runs ahead of us, but not too far cause she obviously knows better. She finds the zebras then waits for us to catch up.

"They're so pretty. I wish I had stripes." I say.

"You're fucking weird." Justin replies.

"Daddy! Watch your language." Aviella yells.

"Sorry, I didn't mean it." He tells her, but looks at me and mouths 'yes i did'.

I laugh, and we look at the zebras for a few minutes, take some pictures, then move on.

4:08 pm

"Finally, the bears!" Aviella says.

Bears are only her favorite because of Tommy, and I honestly don't think she's ever gonna get rid of him. It's just her "thing". Bella has three things, well four if you count both of my boobs, Gary, and her pacifier.

"Bears are just so cute and fluffy. Look at his claws, daddy!" Aviella says.

"Yeah, they're extremely long, like my... wife's hair." Justin replies.

"That's funny. Don't bring me into the lies you tell our daughter cause you wanna be stupid around her." I laugh.

After the bears, we go to the gorillas and a couple more animals because Bella's getting grumpy and the zoo is only open till 5. But, Aviella is happy with everything we saw and ready to eat. I'm glad the twins are spending the night at my moms house so we can spend a little more time with the girls.

4:25 pm

"Someone looks tired. Didn't you just wake up from a nap?" Justin says, looking at Bella.

"It was a short one. She'll probably fall asleep in the car on the way to our next little thing." I say.

"Ooh, what's our next little thing?" Aviella asks.

"Well, we're gonna go to the mall and me and you are gonna get our nails done while daddy does whatever he wants to do with Bella, them we're gonna do a little shopping and go get some dinner. When we get home after dinner, we can watch a movie and have a little sleepover in the living room, if you're not asleep."

"That sounds like so much fun! Let's go!"
