Ariana

Saturday, April 14

5:28 pm

"Babe, I think we should talk." Justin says.

"About what?"

"Moving. I don't know if this house is safe anymore."

"But Justin, we just moved in a couple months ago. And having three babies, I don't know how we would do it."

"I know. I was thinking about that, but seriously Ariana, think about it. You even said you don't want the kids sleeping in their own rooms until we get the door fixed."

"Fuck, this is such bullshit." I groan, burying my face in my hands.

"I know, baby girl. I want to make it as easy as possible, but I think this is something we have to do." Justin pulls me into his arms.

"I think you're right. If we're gonna do this, we need to start looking for houses now. Not too close to this one, but still in this area. Specifically this school district."

"So is that a yes?"

"I guess so. I'm gonna go check on the kids." I sigh, standing up.

Justin grabs my hand and I turn around to look at him.

"I'm sorry." He mumbles.

"Justin, for the last time. This is not your fault. I love you." I lean down to kiss him, lingering there for a few seconds before pulling away.

I walk downstairs to the playroom to see what the kids are doing. Alessia and Alex are in their swings, of course, Bella is just walking around making a mess of toys and books, and Aviella is playing with the dollhouse.

"Hey, babies. You guys doing okay?" I say, sitting down.

"Yes, mama. I've been watching the babies while we're playing. Bella keeps taking my dolls."

"You'll be alright, you have plenty." I say.

"Mommy, are you okay? You look upset." Aviella puts the doll she's holding down and walks towards me.

She sits in my lap, laying her head on my shoulder.

"I'm fine, baby. I'm just tired." I stroke her hair.

"No, mama. You're scared. Is someone gonna come to our house again?"

"No, baby. Of course not. Daddy wouldn't allow that. We're gonna get the door fixed tomorrow, and we're gonna have a big sleepover in our room tonight."

"With everybody?"

"Yes. We can even make a fort and sleep on the floor, if you want."

"That would be fun. I think I want to."

Aviella sighs, and we both just watch Bella play.

"Mommy, I'm scared." Aviella whispers.

"I know, princess. I am too. But daddy's gonna keep us safe. I promise."

Aviella nods, kissing my cheek before going back to playing. I watch them play for a little while before taking the twins upstairs to give them a bath.

Justin

10:22 pm

All the kids are asleep in me and Ariana's room, Aviella and Bella in the fort we made on the floor and the twins in their swings.

Me and Ariana are in our bed, watching TV on low volume so the kids don't wake up.

"Baby, are we really gonna move?" Ariana asks.

"I think so. You know we'll feel safer at a different house, and the kids will too. It's the best decision we can make right now."

Ariana just nods, moving closer to me. She lays her head on my chest and stays like that until she falls asleep. Me on the other hand, I can't sleep. I just feel like if I go to sleep, something bad will happen and I won't be able to stop it. So I stay awake until the twins wake up to eat.

After I feed them, I change their diapers and put them back down. I try to sleep, but it doesn't work. I don't think I'll be able to until we leave this house, and I'm gonna get on that as soon as possible.

A/N Soooo do you guys think they should move?!! I think it's a good idea because honestly I wouldn't wanna stay in a house that's been broken into, so I'm pretty positive they're moving. the end.
