Third Book in the Trapped Trilogy.
Ariana and Justin's life is going great. 2 kids, and 2 more on the way, amazing house, 2 great jobs, and very successful. That is, until, someone from the past returns and ruins everything. Everything is going dow...
Everyone had finally left the hospital, now it was just me, Ariana and the twins.
Ariana had just fed them, now her and Alessia were asleep, but Alexander was still awake.
"Hey, little man. It's gonna be hard for us, isn't it? 4 girls in the house. It was hard enough with just your mom and oldest sister, then Bella came along and it got a little worse, but now Alessia. How are we gonna do it?"

I hold Alex until he falls asleep, then I put him back where he belongs next to Ariana's bed.
Now all three of them were asleep.
I watch my Queen sleeping so peacefully, no longer in pain, and smile. I am so proud of her and everything she's done. It's only been a couple hours since the twins were born, and she's already fed them both twice, changed diapers and dealt with their screaming all while we had family here to see them.
We also already discussed how they would be fed since there was two of them. Ariana would breastfeed while we were in the hospital, then switch to bottles when we went home. She's already breastfeeding Bella, which we're working on stopping. I just didn't want the twins to be completely dependent on their mom to eat all the time. This way, I could feed them without Ariana.
"Justin?" I look over at Ariana and see that's she's awake.
"Hey, baby. How are you doing?"
"I'm okay. Can you get me water or just something to drink?"
"Yeah, absolutely. I'll be back."
I leave the room to get both of us a bottle of water before returning to find the nurse talking to Ariana.
"They're doing just fine. Eating and sleeping well." Ariana says.
"That's great. You've already been through this whole process before, correct?"
"Yes. Last March, I had a baby girl. She just turned one actually."
"That's good. You should be familiar with everything then. Tomorrow, they'll get their first bath, and you'll be good to leave on Thursday."
"Sounds good. Thanks for everything." Ariana smiles as the nurse walks out.
"I got you a whole bottle of water. Are you proud of me?"
"Very. Thank you, babe." I give Ariana her water and she downs literally half the bottle in 10 seconds.
"Somebody was thirsty." I mumble.
"Yes, I was. I said that before you left." She places her water on the table next to her bed and looks at the twins.
"I'm in love with them." She whispers.
"Me too. I can't wait to bring them home."
"Aviella is gonna be an amazing big sister to all three of her siblings. Bella, I don't know about her. She's a brat."
"Well, we have been spoiling her since the day she was born. I'm not really surprised."
"Hey, you're not supposed to agree with me!"
"Oh, sorry. Don't call Bella a brat. She's just a little spoiled."
"You didn't seem very enthusiastic to defend her." Ariana laughs.
"I'm not."
9:03 pm
Me and Ariana just talk until Alessia wakes up, hungry. Her crying also wakes Alex up, but he doesn't cry. He just lays in his incubator and stares at the ceiling.
I know he's hungry, but he waits patiently to eat, which is very surprising for a newborn.
Once Ariana is done feeding Alessia, I burp her and just hold her in my arms.
"I need to come up with a nickname for you. Ariana is my Queen and my baby girl, of course. Aviella stole princess, Bella is my ladybug, now I need one for you."
"What about Angel or Love-bug?" Ariana says.
"Those are both good. But I call you Angel, sometimes. I really like Love-bug. Actually, I love it. You're a genius." I say.
"Of course I am. I'm Ariana Grande."
"Bieber." I add.
"Yeah, that too. But that is a cute name. You're welcome."
"I didn't say thank you."
"Exactly. I'm waiting."
"You're gonna be waiting for a long time." I smile, placing Alessia in her incubator.
Ariana does the same with Alex and turns the TV on. We watch terrible shows and the beginning of a movie before both falling asleep.
