"Daddy?" I open my eyes and look over at Justin.

He's still asleep, and Aviella is standing next to the bed. I was never actually asleep because I just finished feeding Alex about 15 minutes ago. Justin fed Alessia but she wasn't that hungry so he went back to sleep very quickly.

"Aviella, baby, what's wrong?" I whisper.

"Mama, my tummy hurts. I feel like I'm gonna throw up." Aviella says, walking to my side of the bed.

"Come on, babe." I get out of the bed and walk into my bathroom.

"When did it start hurting, princess?" I ask her.

"I just woke up and it already was." Aviella rests her hands on her stomach and bends over my toilet.

"Fuck, baby. It's okay."

I rub her back until she's done then sit her on the counter.

"You feel better?" I grab the toothbrush that she leaves in our bathroom and help her brush her teeth.

"A little. I wanna go back to sleep."

"Okay, baby. You finish brushing your teeth and I'm gonna go get you some medicine before you go back to sleep."

"Mama, I don't want medicine!" She replies.

I hear her voice cracking. Tired and sick means the tears are coming.

"I know, princess, but it'll make you feel better, and you know you can't be sick around the twins. We might take you to grandmas house later."

Aviella slows down with her toothbrush and tears start sliding down her cheeks.

"Hey, hey. No crying. Everything will be okay."

I leave the bathroom, making sure the twins are okay and Justin is still asleep before going to get kids medicine from the kitchen.

When I get back to the bedroom, Justin is no longer in the bed. I find him in the bathroom, talking to Aviella.

"Oh, hey." He says.

"Good morning." I set the container of medicine on the counter next to Aviella and she tries to get down but Justin stops her.

"Daddy, let me go!" She says.

"Take the medicine and I will."

She starts to cry and I sigh, pouring the liquid onto the spoon I brought with me.

"Aviella, baby, the faster you take it the faster it will be over. And the faster we can all go back to sleep."

I hold the spoon up to her mouth and she turns her head.

"Open." I say.

She shakes her head, keeping her mouth closed tight.

"Aviella, open your mouth." Justin says.

"Now." I add, in my mom voice.

I've perfected it over the years, or year, and it almost always works.

Aviella starts crying harder but she opens her mouth anyways and I put the spoon in.

"Thank you. Justin can you take her to her room?" I say.

"Yes, ma'am." Justin picks Aviella up and I roll my eyes.

He laughs before leaving the bathroom and I clean up before leaving as well. Tomorrow is going to be a long day.

This is just a short part for now but I'll be updating again either tonight or tomorrow.
