"He did what?"

"He cheated on me," I sighed, "with Stacey."

"As in the girl that slept with like, half of the male soccer team."

I almost fell off the bed as I bubbled up in laughter. "I got a video of it and everything." He smirked and highfived me.

"Well, that's my daughter." I grinned.

My father was like a teenager sometimes, even if he was forty two.

"Well, i'm totally over him now so it doesn't matter anymore." He nodded but that glint in his eyes said otherwise. He began to leave, picking up the tray on his way out.

"Um, dad?"

he stopped and turned around. "Yes honey?"

"Have you ever heard of a wolf appearing; a blue one?"

For a split second recognition swarm his eyes, but as soon as it came, it left. "Only in stories Hope."

I laughed nervously. "Yeah, totally." He raised his eyebrow suspiciously, but left the room.

As soon as I was sure that he was far enough, I bolted back into my bathroom and examined the mark again. I touched it and the process began again. It glowed blue and I began to levitate. A white and bright light surrounded me and words of a different language left my mouth, "lupus blue!"

The lights dimmed and seconds later I opened my eyes, staring at my reflection. My clothes had changed into some type of blue and grey combat outfit. It showed off my blue wolf mark and was tight but surprisingly comfortable. I felt lighter and stronger so I decided to test it out. I opened my large window and jumped.

It took a while for me to land cause I slowly floated down. When I looked back I realised I was a couple feet away from my house, right at the edge of the forest.

I ran into the forest laughing as I enjoyed the feel of the wind blowing through my hair. These powers were super cool. It was strange, yes, but it felt right. I stopped at a tree and pulled it out from the ground with ease.

"Wow, this is so cool!" I placed the tree back down and ran deeper into the thick, dark forest without realising I was going beyond the boundaries.

My eyes seemed to have adjusted to the dark, just like a cat's, it glowed brown. I stopped at a pond and stared at my reflection. My usual dull chocolate eyes were again, a piercing brown colour. I smiled and dipped my hand into the cool water.

-Snap!-

I my head spun around quickly as I heard the twig snap. Standing up, I scanned the woods.

"I know you're there. Show yourself, whoever you are."

I almost gasped as I saw a cute stranger appear from behind a tree. His thick, brown hair swayed in the wind and his beautiful brown eyes never left mine. Through the thin, tight shirt he was wearing, you could see the muscles wanting out.

 "Who are you?"

Even though he may be cute, he could be the enemy.

"Well Hope, or should I say Blue Wolf. I'm the guardian for girls like you. You should come with me." I looked at him confused. "Why would I go with a stranger?"

He smirked and replied, "I knew this wouldn't me easy." I folded my arms and him the 'duh look' which caused him to laugh. Gosh his laugh was cute.

"I'm Carlos and I'm the the guardian of the blue wolf and the others. Now will you come with me?"

Wait there are more like me?

I shook my head, he could be lying for all I care. "No."

"Well I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to do this by force."

In a flash he was in front of me and sprayed some weird chemical in my face. My eyes fluttered shut and I blacked out.
