Chris came back in the room and sat down next to me and said “ your mom is talking to the nurse now” as he sat back down. “ okay your no jealous ?” I just blurted it out. “ of what?” he said. “ Shad” I said. “ no why should I be he’s from the past right?” he said. “ yeah he’s from the past , he’s never even crossed my mind” I said. “ are we like a couple now or are we still friends?” I asked him. “ what do you want?” he asked me?” “ you”I said. “ you already got me” he said and he kissed me. I laughed when we stopped kissing. “ whats so funny?” he asked me. “ your lips taste like cherries” I said. “ oh yeah then you should keep kissing me” he said and we finished kissing so more.

“ excuse me ” my mom said and we looked up and wiped our lips off and she said “ the nurse said you can be release now I got your medince for the pain. “ thanks mommy” I told her. “ I’m just happy your safe I’m gonna stay with you for a little just to make sure your safe” she said. “ mom I’ll be fine Chris will take care with me he said I could stay with him”I told him. “ Is that true?” my mom asked him. “ yeah ” he said agreeing with me. “ your gonna stay here in new york?” she asked him. “ yeah I got place out here” he told her. “ where?” she said. “ harlem upper eastside” he said. “ okay but I’m still staying at your place just till I know your safe” she said. “ okay mommy” I told her and she left the room. “ your staying with me who said?” Chris asked as soon as my mom left the room. “ me pretty please ”  I said while pouting and bating my eyes. “ okay you can stay” he said after a few minutes. “ yeah its gonna be great I promise you” I told him. “ I’m sure it will be lets go” he said and we walked out the room and the hospital.

We said bye to everyone and got in the car and headed to his place we got there and it was a really building. “ this all yours” I asked him. “ yeah” he said. We went up the stairs and he unlocked the door and I followed him in as he went to the kitchen and I looked around the place. It was really nice there were paintings  and statues everywhere it looked like an art museum. “ this is a really nice place” I told him. “ thanks I made every picture myself” he said. “ wow you can sing, rap, dance,  and paint what else can you do?” I asked him. “ hmm there’s one thing I’m good at ” he said and leaned into kissed me. I kissed him but I pushed him back and said “ I’m hungry”. “ me too cook me something” he said. “ nope your house your kitchen” I said shaking my head “ I guess ” he said and started pulling stuff out the kitchen and an hour later we were eating waffles and bacon. It was really good. “ all done ” I said. and pushed my plate away. “ yeah now time for a snack” he said and kissed me and carried me to his room.

A few hours later

I got of bed and got dressed and went outside to car and got in and started driving. I was thinking if I really loved her, was it love or lust and was this relationship really going somewhere. I drove around and I finally stopped when I got to this part where was this really big pond. It was empty because it was cold. I just stood there thinking and then I felt someone behind me. I turned around and it was my homie Shad. “ sup ”  I said. “ nothing just thinking ran into my ex today” he said. “ yeah I know” I said. “ word ” he said. “ yeah I was sitting right next to her when you came in” I said. “ my fault homie I was just shocked to see her but don’t worry I’m not trying to take your place on nothing” he said. “ alright we’ll see ” he said. “ its just been a while ” he said. “ how long?” I said. “ what” he said. “ I said how long did you date arianna for?” “ oh for three years ” he said. “ were you guys in love?” I asked him. “ nah that was just puppy love ” he said. “ are you sure?” I asked him. “ yeah you got nothing to worry about” he said. “ then why are you here right now looking like you missed out on a good thing?” I asked him. “ umm ” he said “ thats what I thought ” I said and hopped in my car and left.
