So I was thinking about how I wasn't gonna have a party with my friends this year, but was gonna have one for my big 18th birthday next year. Then I thought that I was gonna be a legal adult, in my last year of high school and I started freaking out cause I'm not fucking ready!! And I also can't believe it's almost here!! It makes me so nervous!!! 😫 I'm literally freaked out! I'm in my last two years of fucking high school!! Just two more years then I'll graduate and I may be done with school forever cause I have no idea if I'm gonna go to college. I'm at least gonna take a year off. I'm gonna graduate and have a year to focus on settling down and getting a decent job and then work on what I wanna do and if I need to go to college, but I still can't believe it's almost here! And the summer is almost over!!
I know for a fact senior year is gonna rock! Sometimes we get to miss class for senior events and stuff. I have only 2 classes I'm required to take (English and social studies) and the other four classes can be anything I choose so I'll finally be taking a majority of classes that I pick and are actually interested in! Plus I love English so that's 5 classes I'll be interested in that year! I'm gonna graduate and not have to go to high school ever again! Fuck...I'm really nervous just thinking about it...but I'm also so excited that I just have to survive two more years of school and these years will be easy. I'm taking the easiest science course (I took bio and chemistry, the two harder courses, in m first two years so now I get to take an easy one so I signed up for honors cause it's literally so easy. It's earth and environmental.) And then English is always easy. American history should be easy. Math might be difficult (Advanced Functions and Models or AFM) then I have my second year of German which could cause me major anxiety issues and maybe even panic attacks so I'm hoping I get the same teacher as last year cause he's really nice and understanding and likes to joke around, but also really helps us learn. Chorus will be a pain in the ass, but I do love singing so it won't be awful. Just...no missing concerts...even if it's cause of my anxiety. Plus every year after a competition we go to the mall and I love it! I always go to Hot Topic and buy what my parents normally wouldn't let me buy! I've bought an MCR shirt, a Gorillaz shirt, and something else tho I forget what...
But anyway, yeah. Turning 18 next summer. That's...crazy...
