Olivia:

I put my final touches on my makeup as I heard a knocking on the door. That must be Shayne.

He had asked me out after our kiss for dinner tonight. I wore a dress and some heels with a jean jacket, nervous for our first date.

I opened the door to find Shayne wearing a blazer and a white v-neck, looking sharp.

"Damn, Shayne. You look great," I laughed.

"Me? Look at you! You look like America's next top model," Shayne joked, holding his hand out for me to take. "But seriously. Jokes aside, you look beautiful," he smiled his dazzling smile, making my heart beat incredibly fast.

We walked down the hallway, talking and laughing, until suddenly Shayne's phone started buzzing. He took it out to see who it was and his eyes widened.

"Hello? Yeah, I totally forgot about that - I'll be there in fifteen," Shayne hung up.

"Shit. Oh my god, Olivia, I'm so sorry. I forgot I had to shoot a couple lines for the Goldbergs tonight. I'm so, so sorry," He shook his head.

"Oh, that's fine. Don't worry about it," I smiled a little. "I'll just stay inside tonight then, we can reschedule for some other time," I reassured him.

"No! You got all dressed up, and you look too beautiful to just stay inside today," he frowned, thinking. "I know! I'll just take you with me, it'll only take ten or fifteen minutes for me to shoot my scene, and then we can get dinner and finish our date," he looked at me, excited and hopeful.

"Okay, Shayne, I'll come," I laughed.

"Yay!" he yelled excitedly. We drove to his set and walked in. Everything was already set up, and it seemed that everyone was just waiting for Shayne.

"Finally, you're here," a man who seemed to be the director stood up. "You only need to shoot a couple lines today, let's just get you into costume," he waved a couple ladies over and they immediately sat him down to start working on his hair and makeup.

"Sorry, Liv, you can just sit on the couch over there. I promise I'll be quick," Shayne motioned to a small couch in the corner while the ladies worked on his face.

I went to go sit on the couch and I went on my phone. I must have been sitting for about fifteen minutes when a tall guy, probably about my age, came and sat down next to me.

"Hey, my name is Sam," he smiled and reached out his hand for me to shake.

"I'm Olivia," I smiled back.

"Are you gonna be reading lines today?" he asked.

"Actually, no. I'm here with my coworker. I'm just waiting for him to finish up," I smiled politely. Sam was pretty tall and kind of thin, but I could tell he was still buff. He had a really nice smile.

"Oh, alright," he nodded, looking down. I looked over to see Shayne getting up from his chair. "I just wanted to say, I think you're really beautiful and I would like to go out with you sometime. Would you be interested?" he flashed a smile at me, handing me a slip of paper which I assumed was his number.

"O-oh, actually - " I began, as I felt an arm wrap around my waist. I turned and Shayne was sitting next to me, his arm wrapped protectively around me.

"Hey, Sam," Shayne smiled a fake, polite smile. "I see you've met my girlfriend, Olivia," he stressed the word girlfriend.

"Oh, you two are dating," Sam nodded, realizing his mistake. "I'm sorry, I didn't realize," he smiled awkwardly. "I guess I'll see you around then, Olivia," he smiled at me. "Ready to shoot our scene, Shayne?" he stood up.

Shayne nodded and looked at me apologetically. "I'll only be a minute," he said as he stood up and went to go film with Sam.

As they walked away, I stuck my hand in my pocket to get my phone. Instead, I felt a slip of paper between my fingers. I pulled it out to find a number written on it.

Call me if you want,

Sam Lerner :)

I blushed and shoved it back into my pocket.
