Shayne x Olivia (Smosh)

chapter 39

(yes im finally updating after like two months and sorry but school has just been so intense haha)

Shayne:

I pulled up in front of Olivia's house and honked a couple times. As she ran down the stairs I rolled down my window and smiled at her. She opened the car door, smiling back, and sat down as I grabbed her bag for her and put it in the backseat.

"Milady," I smiled, handing her the iced coffee I got for her that morning.

"Thank you, kind sir," she joked, taking the cold cup from my hands.

"Where to today?" I joked as I handed her a straw.

"Hmmm, well I don't really feel like going to work... how about... a road trip? Or even better, we could go to the beach!" She chuckled, sticking her straw in her drink. I smiled, but then I got an idea.

"How about we... skip work today? We could actually go to the beach," I turned to face her, no longer joking. She laughed until she looked into my eyes and realized I wasn't kidding.

"Are you serious? Ian's going to kill us?" her brown eyes stared at mine with confusion.

"Eh, who cares. Plus, they're shooting The Show With No Name today. I could just get Noah to replace me," I raised my eyebrows at her. "What do you think?" my heart was pounding as I waited for her response.

She stared back at me in disbelief, but a smile slowly started to spread across her face.

"Well, okay then! Beach it is!" She laughed. 

I leaned over to give her a peck on the lips.

"Trust me, you won't regret this," I pulled away, smiling. She blushed a little and tucked her hair behind her ear. God, I was so in love with her. 

I put my foot on the accelerator and off we went.

Olivia:

I rolled down the window as we sped down the scenic LA highway, a view of the beach popping out from behind the trees every so often. I stuck out my face like I was a dog and let my hair fly around my face.

"Having fun?" Shayne chuckled as I coughed on some dust in my mouth.

"Totally," I smiled at him.

We drove to the closest beach and pulled into the parking lot. Shayne opened the door for me and I stepped out of the car. My hand slid into his perfectly like our hands were made to fit together.

"Damnit, I didn't bring my swimsuit," I groaned, watching some girls in bikinis sunbathe on the sand.

"Who said you needed a swimsuit to go in the water?" Shayne smiled at me mischievously.

"Uh oh," I sighed as he took off his shirt and threw it onto the sand. Then he grabbed me and threw me over his shoulders. "Shayne!" I exclaimed, giggling like a little girl and pounding onto his back. 

He waded into the water, still carrying me on his shoulder. I freaked out as the sea water surrounded us. 

"We're going to die!" I yelled, as the sound of the waves around us drowned out my voice.

He slowly pulled me off of his shoulders and pulled me in front of him, my legs wrapped around his waist, terrified to let go. My arms tightened around his neck as I noticed that the water was deeper than I was used to here. 

"My feet can't even touch the ground!" I gasped, starting to freak out.

"Hey, don't worry. I got you," Shayne pushed the hair out my face and wrapped his other arm around my back. His soothing voice and his protective arm around my back made me feel safe. 

I took slow, deep breaths as I started to calm down. I looked around and loosened my grip on his neck as I started to enjoy my surroundings.

"Feeling better?" Shayne smiled. "For a second there I thought you were about to choke me,"

I laughed, grabbing his face in my hands and kissing him deeply. His arms wrapped around my back and he pulled me closer to him. My body pressed against his bare chest as the waves around us sprayed water everywhere.

"I love you so much, Liv," he smiled.

I smiled back, never feeling this happy before. 

"I love you more, Shayne,"

heheh i bet you thought i was gone but hERE I AM! im probably still not going to update very often but i thought this story needed an update - it's been a while. sorry for not updating and hopefully most of you are still here to read this! love you guys!
