Hit And Miss

I entered a room with glass windows seeing Sharon standing up. While Steve and Sam were sat down reading something.

"Bird costume? Come on." Sam whined.

"I didn't write it." Sharon said pressing a button.

"Hello to you all to and yes I'm doing very well thank you for asking." I said being all sarcastic as I sat down watching what was on the screen ahead of me.

It was Bucky in some cage? Like a chamber. And a man sat at a table I assumed he was there asking questions.

"I'm not here to judge you. I just want to ask you a few questions. Do you know where you are, James? I can't help you if you don't talk to me, James." The man spoke with a thick accent.

"My name is Bucky." He corrected.

The 'responsible' adults were talking about some picture. Something about how someone framed Bucky to possibly find him. However it didn't catch my interest. I carried on watching Bucky's interview.

"Tell me Bucky. You've seen a great deal, haven't you?"

"I don't want to talk about it."

"You fear that...if you open your mouth, the horrors might never stop. Don't worry, we only have to talk about one."

As I was sat there figuring out what the man meant, the power cuts out. "What the hell." I mumble, I look around me seeing everyone go manic trying to get the lights back on. I see Sam and Steve bolting towards the chamber so I chase after them. We all arrive outside the chamber where Bucky is being held, or was. There's a red emergency light flashing every few seconds with many agents spread across the floor. I walk over trying to find a pulse on the female, I managed to find one so I guessed all the other agents were knocked out cold.

"Help me. Help." I look behind me to find Steve shoving the man against the wall.

"Who are you? What do you want?" Steve asks.

"To see an empire fall."

As Sam enters Bucky makes the first hit swinging his fist which smashes through the wall. I shout his name and Sams ducks dodging his punch. However, Bucky grabs him by the jaw and throws him at the open pod. I got up throwing a few punches to the face. I lift my leg up to kick him in the stomach, but he grabs my leg and throws me across the room landing next to Sam. Steve comes in landing a punch which Bucky barely feels. Bucky forcefully kicks and punches Steve out of the chamber. Another punch is thrown by Bucky going through the elevator door. Steve tries to block the next one but with Bucky's power he tumbles down the elevator shaft.

I race down through the corridors onto the buildings ground floor. I spot Tony behind a pillar next to me he taps his wrist control getting his Iron Man fist.

"Psst." he says getting my attention.

"Yeah." I reply.

"I'll cover you." I would be battering Tony's head into that pillar. I can always do that at a different time as there's more important things going on in this moment of time.

I nod my head agreeing with him. I walk out sneaking up on Bucky will Tony shoots at him stopping him from shooting a guard. Bucky ducks the blast and then starts firing at Tony. Tony uses his hand as a barrel blocking the bullets. I help by stopping the bullets in the air and retrieving them back at Bucky harder.

Sharon and Natasha come running in, both landing hits. Then Bucky flips Sharon head over heels I run trying to push her onto a safer and softer landing but I get tripped up. I watch as Sharon smashes onto the table. While Nat and Bucky deal with each other I army crawl to see if Sharon is okay.

"Alex go help everyone else." she says before I even ask.

"But what about you?" I ask getting worried.

"Just go."

I pull myself up finding T'Challa kicking Bucky off Natasha. I slowly walk over not getting in the way. I lean against the wall watching them fight amusingly Bucky hurries up some stairs while T'Challa leaps down many levels landing in front of Bucky. I watch as they both tumble down the stairs together. I make a massive leap landing in between them. Which was a mistake but I took my chances to throw Bucky over the railing. T'Challa and I follow him searching for Bucky in reception. After searching the place from head to toe we both find the room empty, how strange.
