*yuri's POV*
Tomorrow's the grand prix final.
Victor and I just got engaged, everyone is psyched and happy for us. I am too.
I have a warm feeling in my stomach like butterflies and I just can't contain my smile.
For once, I feel happy.
My dark thoughts aren't consuming me anymore and I finally feel free.
All caused by love, two things that i feel I finally deserve.
Love and happiness.
Victor, Phichit and I took a flight to Moscow that didn't even last forty five minutes. The quickest flight that I ever took
We got to the hotel pretty quick with no rush what so ever. We still had thirteen hours until we had to get to the stadium. It was currently eight pm. We said goodbye to phichit and went to our rooms.
The morning came quickly. Victor and I went to bed early and woke up early, just in time to go to the arena. We practiced along with a lot more skaters both known and unknown, minding our own business. Chris came up to us eventually every so often, just catching up.
The free skate went well. Victor is leading with me in second place then yurio, Chris, Otabek and finally phichit. Tomorrow is the short program and I'm really scared. But I have to have confidence in myself. It's the only way I might have a chance at the podium. Tomorrow is a new day. I have faith it will be a good one.
