Chapter Twenty Nine: Blueberry Picking

𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟗𝐭𝐡, 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟔

Four days later after meeting with the Garcia's did everyone head to Forks. No matter how much Seth wanted to talk to Aurelia about Ryker coming after her, she gave him no time. She spent most of the four days, explaining everything to the Garcia's from the beginning. Parts such as the baseball game that brought James, Laurent, and Victoria to Seth imprinting on her, and even where everyone else currently was. Seth stopped the car and everyone got out seeing Rosalie and Emmett rush over.

"Hey, you're back." Rosalie said with a pleased smile and hugged her daughter. 

Aurelia quickly embraced her mother needing the comfort. She had been holding off her feeling about Ryker and needed to feel her parents embrace to feel safe again.

" Yeah."

" Rosalie, you look beautiful." Mariana said behind Aurelia. The blonde smiled and embraced her friend while Emmett gave a hand shake to Alejandro.

" Mariana, it's so good to see you. Help yourself inside. Carlisle will be pleased to see you."

" Thank you." Mariana said and her family quickly ran into the house. Aurelia laughed and went to walk with her family when Seth spoke.

" We need to talk." He commanded.

Aurelia turned around and with a stern look in her eyes shook her head giving a warning look to him.

" Seth, not now."

" What's going on ?" Emmett asked looking between Aurelia and Seth with concern laced in his face.

Seth looked at Aurelia before ignoring her and speaking. This caused Aurelia to walk up to him about to stop him.

" Seth-"

" Ryker knows where Aurelia is." Seth said and it caused Aurelia to stop walking toward him and freeze. Emmett and Rosalie instantly tensed and looked to Seth for more information." Ryker went to the Garcia's seeing if maybe they had any connection to Aurelia and to get to her faster. Ryker wants Aurelia because she has her mother's powerful powers and if Ryker kills Aurelia, he gets the whole package."

" He's not going to get to her."

" We'll stand in that way." Emmett said." How much does Ryker know ?"

" He knows you both adopted Aurelia. He knows your  family is under attack and that she has the remaining powers of her mother. When the Volturi come, so will he."

" And I'll end him." Aurelia simply said before turning around and walking up the hill. The three looked to each other before following her quickly.

" Aurelia, what do you mean ?" Rosalie asked. Aurelia stopped walking and turned to look at the three taking a deep breath.

" He killed my birth mother. Someone who I never met, but am a part of only for her powers. For all I know, I could have been conceived by evil with the way my story is going. Ryker has no right once so ever to come into my life after sixteen years and try to hurt everyone I care about. When I see the bastard, he should run." She said and with that turned back around going inside the house.

𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝐬𝐭, 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟔

 Aurelia returned home after going to school seeing Jacob and Bella leaning against the wall. She turned to her left seeing new arrivals had been brought, but they had red eyes. When Aurelia scanned the room there were a lot of red eyes, but luckily she was safe since everyone said she smelled too much like Seth. He smiled seeing his girlfriend and kissed her forehead while Jacob turned back to them.
