Chapter 2
Paralyn’s POV
After i got home I texted Luke.
*Hey Luke it’s Paralyn from earlier*
Then my doorbell rang I got up and opened it and Kaylee was there.
“Hey ok now tell me everything about this boy”,she said while rushing to the couch.
“Why yes Kaylee you may come in”,I said sarcastically and closed the door. I sat down on the couch and told her everything about Luke and how we met then my phone buzzed.
*Hey how are you!:-)* I started to smile.
“He texted you didn’t he what did he say”,asked Kaylee and took my phone.
“Hey give me my phone back”,I yelled and grabbed my phone back and started to text back.
*I’m good and you?:)* then i locked my phone.
“So does he have a friend”,nudged Kaylee.
“I don’t know and I’m not going to ask”,I replied as my phone buzzed again.
*I’m great. but i have a question?*
I texted back
*Thats great. so what is your question?* then i locked my phone.
“I’m hungry I’m going to get something to snack on what anything”, Kaylee said while standing up and walking to the kitchen.
Then my phone buzzed again.
*I was wondering if you wanted to go get some coffee sometime?8
I texted back quickly.
*yes I would love to*
I screamed and kaylee ran in.
“What happened”,asked Kaylee.
“Luke asked me out”,I screamed and my phone buzzed yet again.
*cool i will pick you up tomorrow at 8 is that ok?*
I texted back.
*yes of course see you then!* then sat my phone down.
Kaylee walked over to my DVD cabinet and started to skim over my very little collection.
“Ok what movie do you wanna watch”,asked Kaylee while eating a chip.
“I don’t know just put something in”,I shrugged and grabbed the blanket from off the floor.
“Ok well you ok if we watch Mean girls”,asked Kaylee while holding up the DVD case. I nodded my head and she put it in the DVD player and sat down on the couch right next to me.
