Danielle's POV:

It's around the evening and I just spent the day reading books and surfing the net because the weather has gone pretty dull again. Typical England!

At the moment i'm walking around the living room...it was meant to arrive in the afternoon.

"What are you doing?" Mason scares me as I sigh "waiting for a deivery" I answer.

He nods but then widens his eyes looking like he remembers something "Oh yeah" he says as he reaches under the coffee table and passes me the cardboard packed parcel "this came for you in the afternoon" he says casually as he hands me it.

"You couldn't have told me earlier" I snap as he shrugs.

"You're a jerk" I state as he fakes a smile.

"What is it?" he asks pointing to the parcel.

"A delivery...for me" I state the obvious.

"Nooo really?" Mason says sarcastically.

"Nice to know that my sarcasm has an effect on you" I say.

"Haha, no seriously though what's in there" he questions.

"I told you, a delivery for me" I repeat and he rolls his eyes as he reaches out but misses as I move it away in time.

I place it behind my back as Mason steps closer "what is it?" he asks.

"None of your business" I say looking back watching my steps.

"Danni?" he says a smirk tugging at his lips.

"Mason?" I imitate him "you're invading my personal space" I say.

"And you thought I were in a gang" he suspects "you're the one with the parcel"

"What? No! I'm not in a gang" I say trying to defend my point.

"Then what's in there" he says and I shrug.

He reaches out and grabs it and I run after him all the way up the stairs.

"Mason Kyle Smith!" I scream and he stops and groans "seriously?" he says.

This time he has the parcel behind his back and i'm trying to get it.

"You going to tell me what it is?" he asks.

"Only if you give it to me" I say and he hands it back to me and I attempt to run but am stopped when Masons stands in front of me.

Damn me for hating Physcial Education...It's not my fault I thought I was physically fit!

"It's a book" I say "a blank book" I finish.

"That's it?" Mason asks and I nod before wacking it on his head.

"Ouch" he says "oh and don't call me by my full name again" he orders.

"Why not Mason Kyle Smith" I tease as I walk into my room shutting the door behind me.

I open the balcony doors allowing the cool wind to blow the net curtains around.

I look at the early dark night before turning on my heels and turning the main lights off and sitting at my desk switching on the lamp which gives the room a nice cosy effect.

I open the package and grab a few things from the desk drawers. I put in my earphones.

I begin decorating the front cover. I glue on little pieces such as hearts, diamonds, eiffel tower.

I feel a presence from the balcony and turn my head towards it, seeing nothing I return to decorating.

"All I need's a little love in my life
All I need's a little love in the dark
A little but I'm hoping it might kick start
Me and my broken heart..."
