Chapter 40

Danielle's POV:

Amy and I follow Nikki as she talks to the bodyguard/bouncer guy stood beside a door.

The guy let's us in as we all step in.

My first focus is the bleachers as most of the seats are alreaady taken by different people excited to watch the match.

Amy jumps as a guy training falls in front of her.

There are different guys around all practising and training and a few girls just waiting around for the match to begin.

Some are skipping, punching the bags and each other.

My eye catches sight of the ring which is pretty big...

"Ladies" Alex smiles as he approaches us and we all greet him back.

"Ohh drinks" Amy announces as she drags me to the drink stand.

I pick up a can and tilt it ready to drink it but Amy takes it from me as she puts it down and folds her arms.

"What did I do?" I ask confused.

"Is my brother got a thing with Nikki?" Amy asks as she looks over at them suspiciously.

"I don't know ask him" I lie as I sip my drink.

"You know something" she whines "tell me...I'm your best friend" she tells me.

"I-I don't...." I sigh "Alex" I call as he does some gangster walk over to us "hurry up" I try and speed him up.

"No don't call him" Amy says as she turns to the drinks.

"Tell your sister..." Amy's hand clamps my mouth as I try pulling it of.

"About...Nikki...you...she asked..." I glare at Amy finally pulling her hand away "your sister want''s to know if there's somehting going on between you and Nikki" I say as I nod walking to Nikki.

"Yo Nikstar" I greet awkwardly.

"I'm not going to ask" she says "are they talking about me?" she asks.

"Amy suspects something between you and Alex" I say casually.

"I don't mind, you could have just told me" Amy says laughing "anyway where's Jacob?" she askseagerly.

"With Mason" Alex replies pointing at a door.

"Cool, you coming?" Amy asks and I nod as I follow her.

We wait as Amy knocks on the door and Jacob opens it "oh my god, guess what guys" Amy says walking into the room.

"What?" we all question at the same time.

"Nikki and Alex are together" she announces and tehre's a moment of silence before we all begin faking surprise.

"Wha- No way- Whatt?" I ask. "Nikki and...oh what?" Jacob asks. "Alex and Nikki...nooo" Mason says.

"You all knew didn't you?" Amy asks shocked.

"No?" I say unsure what to say "erm yeah sorry" I say.

"It's ok" she mumbles "now I need to find out why they didn't tell me" she says as she wlaks out the room and Jacob follows.

"Heyy" I greet as I look at Mason shirtless "duyum".

He chuckles "hi, you came" Mason points out and I nod.

"Duh" I answer as he hugs me "are you ready for the fight?" I ask.

"Yeah" he says "well I'm not sure about this match but the rest, yeah" he says.

"Who are you fighting anyway?" I ask curiously.
