Chapter 35

Danielle's POV:

Flashback:

I sigh as I put my pen down and look up at the clock as I take a sip of my sparkling water.

I decide to get up leaving all my papers spreaded aruond on the desk as I walk out of the door and down the stairs where I see Michelle, Nathan and Mason laughing.

I grab a seat and look at them tired.

"Have you done it all?" Michelle asks.

"No" I state "there's more" I whine.

"You've only done half an hour worth of work" Mason states.

"Half an hour more than you" I tell him.

"It's ok, atleast you've done some work...unlike some people" Nathan says hinting to Mason.

"Thankk you Nathan...for understanding" I say hinting to Michelle.

"Hey" she defends herself "it's you're final coursework" she says.

"Atleast it's not exams" I say thankfully as I yawn "I'm almost done anyway" I tell her.

"Just one more week and all the work is complete and we get to chill" Mason speaks on behalf of both of us as I high-five him.

Present:

"You guy's should have encouraged me to continue working" I say pouting.

"Oh stop worrying, just open it and find out how well you've done" Michelle says.

"I-I" I open the envelope to read my final year grades "I passed them all" I announce and everyone says "I told you so" and "well done"..

"Mason?" Nathan asks as he watches he's brother casually jump of off his car bonnet "passed bro" Mason says.

Nathan eyes him suspiciously as Mason raises his hands in surrender "I didnt change the reuslts" he says passing the envelope over.

"Oh thank god" Amy says sighing gratefully "passes" she smiles.

"Amy..." Mason calls "living proof that being locked in your bedroom all day revsing doesn't effect your reuslts" Mason says pointing to me, Jacob and himself "we all passed too with a social life" he adds as Amy chases him and we laugh.

"So how do we celebrate?" Nikki asks cursiously as she twists her blonde hair around her finger.

"Truth and Dare duh" Jacob states "tradition at this school for years betwen groups of friends" he says.

We all nod knowing how each group of friends participate in truth and dare between themselves, filming it and the yearbook organiser this year Kate obvously, combines them together and its just tradition for this school...in my opinion I think it's super cool and fun.

"I'm out" Alex says looking guilty.

"What did you do now?" I ask as he grins.

"Dad grounded me but I was only being a good samaritan and helping an old lady take her shopping home and she began scremaing theif, theif" Alex tells us as we burst out laughing.

"Just us then" Nikki states shrugging.

"Hey Mason!" Kate calls as he nods at her "are you and these freaks taking part in Truth and Dare challenge?" she asks.

"Mason, why are you talking to a freak?" Nikki asks turning the sly comment back to Kate as she rolls her eyes.

Mason chuckles and then replies "yeh".
