Chapter 15: Stuck by

             Jimin felt the younger's lips press against his and he just couldn't pull away. It was a feeling he hasn't ever experienced in so long. The younger exhaled in between the kiss, rolling his hands along Jimin's hair and messing it up while the older slowly leaned in forward, causing Jungkook to almost lean back onto the desk when suddenly, Jimin pulled his lips away and remained looking down at the boy's chest in silence while they were still close together on the desk. Panting after the long kiss.

             Jungkook panted slightly while his hands were still tugging onto Jimin's hair. The boy was slightly pushed back onto the desk. He wanted more and gazed at the Chief's glistening eyes that showed how much he enjoyed it... But that shine went dull when Jimin remained silent. He felt the younger's lips for the first time and felt close to the feeling like something between them would work... But, he knew this wasn't right. Knowing that he was a Chief that was always targeted by criminals, he couldn't risk having Jungkook killed if anyone was to ever figure this out. There was no way Jimin could ever forgive himself if anyone was to find out that Jungkook was the only one that made him drop his guard.

              "Jungkook..." Jimin breathed and gazed down at the boy's sharp collarbone's under his dress shirt. The scent of Soju still rubbed off on Jungkook, but Jimin did mind it. Not even during their first kiss he didn't even bother to pull back because of the scent. He pulled back because he knew this wasn't something he could have. "I... I can't keep you close to me... You know I can't..." Jimin whispered as the younger tilted his head and sat up on the desk while he cupped Jimin's face. Wanting the feeling to never end, but Jimin knew this was enough. "No... Something as precious as you doesn't need someone with a lifestyle like mines." Jimin continued while Jungkook rose a brow and tried his best to keep Jimin close. Not wanting him to pull back again.

            However, the older only grew silent as he pulled his chair closer to the desk and slowly gazed up at the younger on top of the desk. "Jungkook, listen to me... I wasn't thinking. Alcohol does many things to us. By tomorrow I don't even think you'll remember our lips touching like this. It's better if nothing between us happen. To keep you safe..." Jimin added, but Jungkook only stared at Jimin and rose the sign language book and pointed to it. Trying to point out the fact that Jimin did say, 'this is all for you' to the young detective.

            "I need to communicate with you some way. Ah, it was just a kiss.. I don't see what's the big deal about this. We bonded for one night. Not a whole year. Jungkook, I just got to know you..." Jimin continued, but to Jungkook, all he heard was excuses on why Jimin chose to kiss the boy and brush it off as alcohol. Jungkook was slowly trying to wake up from the alcohol to this. Jimin shut off the song while Jungkook looked over at the phone. Hearing the calming music grow silent along with the older. "I don't think you even meant to give up your first kiss to me, didn't you?" Jimin continued to ask as Jungkook assured a smile. Listening to the sound of knowing that Jimin was his first kiss.

            "Why are you smiling? We kissed... You'll want more than that I know how this goes... You'll fall for me-" Swiftly, Jungkook leaned in and patted Jimin's head and gave the older's forehead a kiss.

         'Shh...' Jungkook hushed in a silent way as he looked at Jimin before hugging him. Jimin was confused. He couldn't tell what the boy wanted now. Jimin then took out a piece of paper and pen and placed it on the desk to write. 'You're giving me a headache.' Jungkook wrote the best he could while he let out a smile and cupped Jimin's face once more to look at him. Of course, the boy had yet to reach his hangover, yet he still sat there like his mind was stable at the moment. Jimin knew this was how Jungkook walked in, not having a clear mind so he complied with the kiss. Jimin was just the one who had his mind in tact. Not the younger's.
