Jungkook looked into Jimin's eyes and wanted so much more than a relationship that couldn't move on any further. However, he had to understand that love alone could lead him to his own demise. The best he could do was sit there and gaze at the one he wanted. Hoping that Jimin alone could open his eyes and choose the boy over his job. The job Jimin had was something he never chose for himself. It was always the fault of his father who started all of this.

Mr. Park always wanted his older son to work with him in the station like this... Not really giving him a choice in life. Even Jimin's younger brother was placed as an officer so he could serve to the people in Seoul. That's what Mr. Park always wanted. Jimin of course, never chose this but, he went by it because that was something he couldn't give up. As soon as he got in it, this job grew on him.

Jimin met eyes with the detective and brushed his hair back as he stood up to look down at the younger. "Just so you'll understand, I don't want you to go as my ex..." Jimin said and made sure Jungkook was covered properly. "Don't think of us as ex lovers. Just think that we are taking a short break so you'll stay safe." Jimin told the boy before walking off to the kitchen to prepare Jungkook some tea and bring him a hot towel to place over his head. "I think I know why you got sick." Jimin continued and rose his voice so Jungkook could hear.

The boy turned his tired little head over to face Jimin through the opening of the kitchen. Watching the man just take out the bags of herbal tea along with a white small towel he was going to place over Jungkook's head. Jimin then looked up to see that Jungkook was looking over at him and letting out sharp breaths from his high fever. The boy only coughed and kept staring with his teary eyes. He looked like a mess. Growing sick and having his heart shattered as he still clung around to the man he still chose over anything.

"It must have been the weather. You went out to purchase groceries.." Jimin told the boy as Jungkook shook his head. Not wanting to accept the fact that he went against Jimin's words and went out to get groceries on his own like the first day he got there. Jimin gazed at Jungkook and took out a bag of rice cakes just sitting in the fridge. "I know I've never purchased these recently and, I never purchased the herbal tea, plum tea, ginseng tea, fruit, banana milk, chips, instant ramen noodle cups and a lot of meat in the freezer. Jungkook, you aren't fooling me." Jimin laughed and started to brew the tea by heating up the water in a steel tea pot. "If you wanted groceries, you could have told me! I don't want you going out in that rain. It's dangerous for you. Ugh, for a second there I thought the pizza was tampered with!"

Jungkook kept staring at Jimin as he continued to cough and place his hand over his head. "And I guess you only threw up because you haven't eaten anything all day. You were eating that pizza really quick." Jimin said as he smiled and looked up at Jungkook. The boy now turned to his side. Shunning Jimin's direction and facing the cushions of the couch in silence. Jimin knew he looked back at the love they had for each other that still grew even after, but, they couldn't resume what they had. "Jungkook...?" Jimin called out, but Jungkook only ignored Jimin with his face looking away. The older didn't bother to try to talk to Jungkook about this. Talking about it would only cut the wound back open to cause more blood to come out of it. Not really allowing time to do the healing.

Jimin poured the boiled water onto a black mug and dipped the herbal tea bag in it as he gazed up to see Jungkook just coughing into the cushions so miserably. Jimin took out a few rice cakes and poured himself tea into a white mug while he carried the mugs over to the table, returning to take the younger his moist and hot towelette dipped into a bowl of warm water. Jimin returned with the bowl of warm water to Jungkook and set it to the side of the table right by the couch as he rolled the sleeves of his dress shirt up. The older twisted the towel to squeeze out the remaining water within it and softly placed the slightly hot towel over Jungkook's forehead. Causing the boy to finally turn around and face forward.
