Silence

Chapter 7

Elizabeth's P.O.V

I felt a blush creep up once I realized that Meliodas was once again in the same bed as me... I turned away from him as quickly as I could and focused on falling asleep. It was hard but after a while exhaustion swept over me and I fell asleep. 

I woke up to see Meliodas sleeping on my couch again. I sighed happily as I thought about what happened last night. It was my first kiss, every time I think about it I blush. I got up out of my bed and walked over to my bathroom. 

I need to shower, so I grabbed some clothes and a towel. I quietly shut the door behind me, I didn't want to wake up Melio- no, I am suppose to call him sir Meliodas. I turned on the water and got it to the right temperature, before taking off all my clothes and hopping in the shower. 

After I got my hair all soapy with shampoo, I heard a knock on the door. I didn't respond to it, no one has ever knocked on the door when I have been in the shower before. Then again I could be hearing things, I rinsed the soap out of my hair and grabbed the conditioner. 

Again my hair was all soapy and I heard a knock. This was starting to freak me out a little, I felt my heart beat pick up. I blushed deeply and said, "W-who is it?" I waited a few minutes but didn't get a response. 

I rinsed the soap out of my hair, again. I grabbed the body wash and shower scrunchy thing. I was about to rinse off when I heard another knock. My heart beat sped up, and I blushed again. "E-either tell me w-who you a-are or stop knocking!" I shouted, why surprised even me. 

I don't usually shout, I tend to whisper and mumble. "Hey princess~" I heard a voice sing. Wait I know some one who sings. It must be sir Ban, but if it was sir Ban why did he wait till now to speak? 

"Why do you keep knocking?" I asked as I rinsed myself off. I didn't get a response, so I turned the water off. I grabbed my towel and dried myself off. After I was done I put my clothes on, I had a pink dress with white floof (I have no idea to be honest, I don't like dresses...) 

I sighed happily, I was finally done with my shower. I wish they didn't take so long, but at least I get clean. I opened the door and sir Meliodas fell into the bathroom. 

I looked down at him confused, but he simply gave me a poker face. I looked up to see sir
Ban smiling at me. "S-sir Ban, what are you doing here?" I asked as sir Meliodas got up and fixed his clothes. 

He put an arm around sir Meliodas, "Me and sir Meliodas are best friends, I usually follow him where ever he goes." He said leaning slightly on sir Meliodas. I smiled, best friends. I wonder what lady Diane and Sir king are doing right now. 

I looked down and walked past sir Meliodas and sir Ban. I opened my door, "Maid..." I quietly said. Soon a maid came and I asked her to call lady Diane and see if she can come over. I shut my door and sat on my couch. 

Sir Meliodas sat next to me, and sir Ban next to him. It was quiet, no one talked, not even sir Ban. A few minutes later the maid came back, "Lady Diane said yes, but she asked if you wanted to meet at the beach?" I was about to reply, but was cut off by sir Meliodas putting his hand over my mouth. 

He glared at the maid, for a moment if felt like they were having a silent conversation. Once they were done staring sir Meliodas removed his hand from my mouth and looked over at sir Ban. He nodded and then looked at me. 

"Y-yes I will meet her at the beach." I said as I looked at them all very confused. The maid bowed, and left. I looked over at sir Ban who just shrugged. I got up and grabbed my beach bag, I put sun screen, towels, and a blanket. 

"Hey sir Ban?" I asked looking back at him, he gave a questioning look. 

"Will you carry the umbrella please?" I asked pointing at the medium sized umbrella. He nodded and grabbed the umbrella. I grabbed my swim suit and went to the bathroom. Once I was done changing I came out of the bathroom to see sir Meliodas and sir Ban in swim shorts. 

I wonder how they got their swim shorts, and how they changed so quickly? Nah it didn't matter, I do spend at least 10 minutes changing. I went to grab my bag, but sir Meliodas grabbed it first. I looked up, he just had his same old poker face. I really hate it when he has that face, although I am glad it's not a glare, or a bored look. 

I grabbed a small thin dress to use as a swim suit cover, and put on my flip flops. I didn't say anything to sir Meliodas I knew he would follow me. "Ready to go sir Ban?" I asked looking up at sir Ban, then at sir Meliodas. 

He seemed tense and now he had a glare, but it wasn't aimed at me. It was aimed at sir Ban, I wonder why he was glaring at sir Ban.... Father told me not to be rude to sir Meliodas. "Are you ready to go sir sir Meliodas?" I asked staring at him, waiting for some kind of response. 

When he looked over there were a very light pink on his cheeks. He nodded once, then looked away from me. WAIT, he nodded that's close to speaking. Well not really but for him it was a huge step. I blushed and looked at the door. 

We left the castle and headed towards the beach. We arrived and I spotted lady Diane immediately, she was running towards me. I ran towards her, but again he stopped me from running. I looked up to see sir Meliodas glaring at lady Diane who stopped running, and she looked confused. I tried to push his arm away, but it only made him tighten his grip. 

Lady Diane nodded, and began walking towards me, sir King was close behind her. It was weird to see lady Diane walk, but when she did sir Meliodas let go of me. But before he let go he placed a quick kiss on my head. I blushed deeply and looked at him, although he had his poker face. 

I sighed and walked over to lady Diane, we hugged for a minute or two. I went to hug sir King, but was stopped again. "Elizabeth, King doesn't really like hugs." Lady Diane stated as she looked at sir King. It looked like they too were having a secret conversation. 

I sighed in defeat and looked back to see sir Meliodas glaring at sir King. Sir King backed up a little and nodded in agreement. Sir Meliodas placed another quick kiss on my head, then let me go. I got it, when sir Meliodas is around I can't run or hug any boys other then him? Why? Why is he so possessive over some one he doesn't talk to? 

Sir Ban set up the umbrella and Meliodas put down the blanket. "Thank you, sir Meliodas, and sir Ban." I said happily as I sat down and began to apply sun screen to my legs.
