Chapter 15

Elizabeth's P.O.V

My cheeks turned a deep shade of red as I realized what position Meliodas and I were in. "Hey captain, will you get off the princess already~?" Ban sang as he walked closer to Meliodas. Although Meliodas glared at him and possessively kissed me, before he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"Technically she is the one on me, so you will have to ask her to get off. I doubt she will, she seems as comfortable as I am." Meliodas' responded as he stuck his tongue out at Ban.

I was redder then an erupting volcano, and Meliodas had a smirk on his face. I lifted my head and looked over at Diane.

"Come on Elizabeth, let's have the sleep over at my house." Meliodas said looking at me. I nodded and got up to get my bag ready, but I had a small issue. Meliodas wouldn't let go of me.

"U-um? I need to get my bag ready, could you let go for now?" I asked quietly as I locked eyes with Meliodas. He looked down as if he was thinking for a moment.

"For now?" He spoke up.

"What?" I replied confused.

"You said for now, does that mean I get to hold you later on today?" He asked as he put a hand under my chin and pulled my face a little closer to his.

"O-only, if y-you want t-to.." I stuttered a bit, my cheeks seemed to be in a constant state of flushed.

He smirked and released his grip on me. I slowly slid off his lap and walked over to my closet. Lucky for me I always keep a spare bag in my closet. I guess I was just always hoping for this opportunity? I shook away my thoughts and began to pack my bag with all the necessities.

After my bag was packed I turned around to see Meliodas walking towards me. He walked past me, grabbed my bag, and walked inside my closet. He closed the doors behind him, I looked over at everyone else confused. They all seemed to be as confused as I was.

After a few more moments he walked out of my closet and grabbed my hand. "Meliodas?" I asked quietly as I looked at our hands.

"Well, what are you all waiting for let's get going." He said as he turned to look at everyone. He grabbed my injured hand, it was starting to hurt a bit.

"Could you switch hands please Meliodas?" I asked as I looked at him.

"Oh right, sorry Elizabeth." He said as he grabbed my other hand and began walking out of my room.

I smiled and looked at everyone else, they nodded as well. We all walked outside of the castle, to a limo. It looked like mine, but it was slightly different. Meliodas opened the door for everyone to get in.

Diane, king, Merlin, and Escanor got in first, followed by Ban, Elaine, Gowther and I. Meliodas got in last and sat next to me. Diane was facing Ban, King was facing Elaine, Merlin was facing me, Escanor was facing Meliodas and Gowther wasn't facing anyone.

Meliodas pulled me onto his lap, and I of course blushed. "Come on captain we are in a car." Diane stated annoyed.

"You're just jealous because King isn't holding you right now," Meliodas replied while sticking his tongue out at Diane. She puffed her cheeks in annoyance and King seemed to blush before he pulled Diane onto his lap, and gazed out the window. I giggled a little and noticed that Ban and escanor did the same thing.

Everyone pulled out their phones and the car became quiet. "Meliodas?" I said as I tapped on his shoulder lightly. He looked up at me confused.

"You never told me why you suddenly started talking to me.."
