"You're not gonna like it..." I trailed off as Liz put the kettle on the stove.

"Oh my god Angie I can't believe you...!"

 "Shhh...!"

"Are you an idiot or what?" she snapped "This is gonna be more and more difficult...! You can't keep lying to him like this...! What if he finds out and---"

"Well, he ain't finding out unless I tell him..."

"Yeh, rite... when you gonna tell him? Yesterday?"

"Oh c'mon Liiiiiiiiz... help me out here...!"

"More!? Should I help you more? What do I have to do now, eh?"

"Mmmmm what if you go and ask him about me? I mean, Angie..."

 "Why would I do that?"

"Cuz I wanna find out how mad he will get if I tell him the truth now"

"Well, he will surely be less mad if you tell him now than if you tell him in three months..."

 "C'mon..."

"I can't help you here--- it's your life you know? You should start making decisions for yourself..."

"Don't tell me that Liz...! When I wanted to make a decision twelve years ago you convinced me not to do it!"

"Cuz you were a freaking teenager, okay? What the hell were you going to do?"

"I don't know...! I don't fucking know cuz you didn't let me do it!" I yelled at her as tears of frustration filled my eyes.

"You know what? I'm done with you... do whatever you please, okay? I'm not gonna help you anymore. I'm fed up of telling you to be straight with him and you just don't listen... do what you like Angie..." she calmly stated and walked away from the kitchen, leaving me alone with my thoughts and frustration as well as tears.

What was I supposed to do? Was I supposed to tell Mark the truth, having no more support from the person who had always been there for me? How would I make sure that no matter what Mark's reaction was, I would have Liz's shoulder to lean on?

"She's waiting for you in the kitchen..." Liz said before she walked up the stairs "Night Mark..."

Mark walked into the kitchen and found me leaning on the counter with a worried look on my face. How couldn't I have such a look on my face if my whole new world beside Mark could be ruined in a matter of seconds?

"You alright?" he asked and moved a lock of hair away from my eyes as I shook my head "What's wrong?"

"Lots of things..."

"Like what?" he asked playfully wrapping his arms round my waist.

"You and me..." I sighed and lifted my eyes to see him.

"Why are we wrong?" Mark frowned and I thought I was going to melt as his green eyes met mine.

"Because..." I twitched my mouth and moved away from him.

"I don't get you Aimee... First you say you fancy me and now you say we're wrong?"

"I didn't say I fancy you... you said that" I smiled and he smiled back.

"But you didn't deny it---"

"How could I deny something which is true?"

"Good, we're making progress here..." he chuckled "Now if we both facy each other how can we be wrong?"
