(Amber's POV)
*five years later*
"It's your time to go to sleep." I said.
"But mommy," my little three year old daughter protested "Uncle Luke and I are still playing."
Luke smiled as Calum picked her up. "Listen to your mom, Hannah."
She hugged Calum giving a small wave to Luke. "Bye, uncle Luke!"
"Bye, munchkin." He winked.
And Calum carried her up the stairs.
"She's too cute." Luke smiled.
"Lucas!" I yelled. "Don't hit on my daughter." And we both started laughing.
"I've been at the cemetery today..." Luke sighed after a few minutes.
"Thank you. We have, too." I nodded.
"Gosh, I can't believe it's been already five years since Hannah passed." He said.
"Neither can I." I whispered.
"I've told it to Cal many times, but I will again. I think it's amazing you named your daughter after Hannah..."
"Well, thanks. She deserves it. She has a special place in my heart. And Calum's as well." I placed my hand on my chest.
"Well, I'll go now. Good night, Amber. Greet Cal for me." He stood up.
"Sure." I hugged him and made my way up the stairs to Hannah's room.
I hid next to the door as I heard a sound of a guitar playing 'Beside you'.
I quietly made a few steps towards Calum and sat on the edge of Hannah's bed next to him as he finished the song "I wish I was, I wish I was..."
Hannah's eyelids slowly closed and Calum put down his guitar.
"She asked me to sing her something." He explained. "I hope she fell asleep because she was tired, not bored."
I chuckled.
"Are we going to sleep, too?" He stood up.
"You go." I answered. "I'll be there in five minutes."
He nodded and lightly shut the door as he left. I looked again at Hannah, softly stroking her hair.
"Mommy?" She whispered.
"Yes, my sunshine?" I smiled.
"Am I going to be like auntie Hannah?" She asked. Although she was just three years old, she was extremely clever.
"I don't know, hun."
"Do you still remember auntie Hannah?"
"Of course I do, in fact, I will never forget her!"
"I love you, mommy."
"I love you too."
Before I left the room, I faced the window. It was a beautiful summer night with a sky full of stars. Every star seemed to complete a picture of Hannah's smiling face.
"I'll never forget you, bestie."
