Chapter 8: Calum

(Calum's POV)

"Hey, guess what!" Luke smiled as he entered in the kitchen.

"Where were you?! I'm waiting for my coffee for more than 30 minutes now!" Michael groaned angrily.

"Relax, Mike. Here you go." Luke said with a calming voice giving to Michael his cup of coffee.

"So, no one tries to guess?" Luke smirked.

"Tell us already!" Michael groaned.

"Fine. So I went out to get some coffee for us as I told you and while I was coming back I met your friend, Hannah." Luke chukled pointing at me.

"What? You met Hannah? Why?" I yelled.

"What do you mean why? Calum, you're acting really weird." Michael finally calmed down.

"No... nothing, just... don't get too attached to fans." I mumbled trying to stay cool, because I was actually the one who got attached to a fan.

"Whatever." Luke rolled his eyes.

"Anyway. I spilled my coffee, she was sorry, long story short, we walked back to the coffee place together and talked a bit." Luke kept talking as it wasn't a big deal.

Well it wasn't for him. But it was for me. But I didn't say a word.

"When does the soundcheck start?" I asked.

"5pm" Luke answered.

"Fine. See you then." I finished my coffee, took my mobile phone and got out of the house.

I walked by Hannah's house a thousand times, wishing her to come out and see me. But the only one who noticed me was Amber.

"Calum! Calum!" Amber yelled.

"Oh, hi." I acted like I didn't see her.

"Soo... what's up?" She smiled.

"Not much, not much... going to visit a... my... um. My friend!" I lied.

"Oh, nice. Your friend must be really lucky to have a friend like you." She said.

"What? Oh, yeah, I guess." I mumbled watching at the door since Amber left them opened.

"I have to go now." I shrugged.

"Bye, see you later." Amber waved as I walked away.

After five steps I turned back.

"Um, is Hannah here? Maybe?" I asked nervously.

"Nope. She's probably shopping at the shop across the street." Amber answered with a weird look.

"Okay, bye." I nodded realizing that it was really weird to ask where was she because it sounds like I'm  hardcore stalker. But anyway.
