Chapter 18 Found you

I skip down the road whistling a random tone, inhaling the beautiful smell of nature. We were all gathering at Taehyungs house, and we will probably sleep over.

I begin to see the vision of Taehyungs house close by and start to fasten my pace, my face breaks into a smile once I see everyone go in.

"Wow look at you, all happy, " My body freezes and my heart begins to bang in my chest, it can't be him. I shake my head and continue my walk trying to ignore the pounding of my heart.

"Don't ignore me," his voice was harsh, he grabs my wrist spinning me around, making me bump into his chest.

I feel my breath hitch in my throat once I see his face, he had a dark smirk plastered on his face, he takes a step closer.

"Mark, " I breathe, my hands break into a cold sweat shaking furiously and my face turns pale.

"Ahh, you do remember me, "He brings his other hand and pats my now fist.

I gather some courage and whip my hand away from his and take a step back narrowing my eyes and keeping my face as blank as possible.''Fuck off, " I shoot.

'tut tut tut, baby no," he brings his hand to my cheek and begins caressing it slowly, I turn my head the other direction feeling the urge to vomit. "Don't worry you're safe now you're with me,"

"Your crazy, " my throat tightens and I begin walking away, wiping my hands against my jeans. How could he dare come back? Has he no dignity? No nothing?

"Jae Eun, I found you, you can't hide forever, " He shouts after me."You'll be mine once and for all,"

With great effort, I reach his house my chest heaving up and down, breathing with great difficulty. The lump in my throat growing, but I refuse to let the tears flow free. I bring my shaky hand and knock on the door, taking a deep breathe plastering a smile on my face.

"Jae Eun you're late," Jungkook whines, I pat his back and walk to where everyone is gathered.

"Are you OK You look very pale," Mina gives me a concerned face and everyone's face turns to look at me. I shake my head and sit down not muttering a word because if I try to talk I'll just cry I don't want them worried.

I plop down on the couch and marks words ring in my head I found you, stupid stalker I shake my head 'you can't hide forever', maybe your right, I turn my body so my back is facing everyone 'You'll be mine', never, I ruffle my hair.

"JAE EUN" I jump up falling from the couch.

"What?" I sit up and join the circle they made.

"We called you so many times, is everything OK?" Jimin gives me a worried expression, I feel tears well up and I hang my head low shaking my head.

I take deep breathes and stand up and go upstairs, no one noticed they were all busy, I jump on the bed and curl into a tight ball, closing my eyes tightly letting all the tears stream down my face.

"You know" I freeze and lift my head, "We stick together, that means you could tell us your problems." taehyung comes closer and wraps his arms around me, I grip his shirt tightly resting my head on his chest letting his scent invade my nostrils.

We stay like this for a few minutes, enjoying each others company till I loosen my grip and sit up crossing my legs.

"He found me," I mutter.

Taehyung furrows his brows and tilts his head in confusion "who?"

I sigh ''Mark he... my ex..my dad made me go out with him because he used to get him the alcohol..he was very abusive.'' I look up at taehyung trying to read his expression, pity, anger mostly. "He found me taehyung," I whisper resting my head back on his chest.

"don't worry, you have us, now let's go down before everyone starts to worry." He kisses my forehead and we both go down.
