Previously on Daisy and Destiny...
"A-anyways..," he says. "We're super
off-topic. The real reason I asked you to talk to me is because I.... I like you. And... I thought I might as well tell you now instead of never telling you ever."
I was shocked and I could feel myself blushing a lot.
I didn't even know what to say.

I looked down a bit, blushing some more.
I looked up, and he was still waiting for an answer.
"I..," I finally spoke. "I like you... too."
He smiled at me a little, blushing.
"Cool," he said, quietly.
"Do you wanna hang out sometime?" I say, disbelieving what I'm saying.
"S-sure!" He says, surprised. "Um... we can hang out the day after tomorrow at the ice cream parlor?"
"Sure," I reply.
I stand up, and then nervously walk out of his room, shaking a little.
I walk to Destiny's room. I can tell that she knows something's up the moment I walk in.
"Hey," says Destiny, casually. "I found a Netflix series to watch."
"Nice," I say, my voice shaking a little. "So, uh, let's start watching."
I sit on her bed next to her as she begins the show she found called Lab Rats.
(Author's Note: Lab Rats is a real show by Disney XD that I LOVE but I'm pretty sure it's no longer on Netflix)
It's a really good show. But about halfway through the first episode, Destiny says something.
"So what did my brother say?" Destiny asks casually, eyes still glued to the TV in her room.
A small chill goes up my spine. For a few seconds I can't say anything.
"He... he, um..," I say, looking at her. "He... he told me he likes me."
Destiny nods.
"Anything else?" She asks.
"He told me about Daisy," I say.
I wait for Destiny to say something.
She just nods again, still staring at the TV.
"She was a great cat," Destiny finally says.
"It's such a weird coincidence that she was a cat named Daisy and I'm a half cat named Daisy."
"Yeah," Destiny says. I can tell she didn't want to talk anymore, so I watched TV with her.
I think I fell asleep at the fifth episode of the second season. We were up late.
All I remember was falling asleep on Destiny's shoulder.
