Prompt: What about the reader is being bullied by Gavin and Connor steps in or Connor is getting bullied by Gavin and the reader steps in?
Sorry, just thought I'd give you some ideas.

Annoying people are just...the worst. On days like today where you'd love to smack your head into your desk instead of work, you were in no mood to deal with any bothersome individuals. Gavin, however, decided to be his annoying self anyway.
It was obvious to anyone with eyes he hated androids, so of course when the detective android Connor showed up, he immediately became the man's target. Most days you brushed off his bullying; Connor could handle itーhe didn't have emotions after all. But today it got on every single one of your nerves. You were cringing in your seat, trying to fight the urge to go over there and put a stop to it (and let off some steam in the process), but you knew you'd get in trouble if you did.
You watched them out of the corner of your eye. Connor was frowning as Gavin poked him in the chest. Connor started to reply but Gavin stopped him with a sudden uppercut. You were out of your chair before you realized you were finally going to do it. If I'm gonna get in trouble I might as well hit him hard.
You tapped Gavin on the shoulder. "'Scuse me." He turned and was instantly met with a fist to the face. He collapsed. You stared down at him with a half-smile on your face, happy to finally let your saltiness out, before grabbing your fist. "Oh, motherf- that hurt." You cradled your injured hand, glancing up at Connor. "You ok man?"
"I'm fine, thank you. But you-" He tried to step forward to assess the damage but you shoved your hand in your pocket.
"It's cool, I'll be fine." You put on a convincing smile. "Reed, I can't speak for." You both looked down at him, a mark the size of your fist on his cheekbone with a barely visible bump on the back of his head where it hit the ground.
"He will likely have a mild concussion and a bruise for the next week." You swore you saw a smile appear on Connor's face for a brief moment.
"Well it sucks to suck." You dusted off your hands then checked your knuckles on your dominant hand for forming bruises. The pain had mostly gone away and there wasn't any blue-ish purple-ish marks yet so you took that as a good sign.
"May I see it?" Connor asked, pointing at your hand. You tried to put it in your pocket again but he gently took it in his much larger hands to examine. You coughed and looked away awkwardly. While you were looking anywhere but him you noticed another officer whispering to Captain Fowler, then both looked over in your direction. You watched as he stepped out of his office and almost instantaneously made eye contact with you.
"My office, now." Then he stepped back inside. Heaving a sigh, you pulled your hand from Connor's grasp and shrugged.
"It was fun while it lasted." At least you got in a solid hit, that felt good.
"Maybe I should go with you. Perhaps I can convince Captain Fowler not to punish you," Connor offered.
"Sure, go wild." You gestured towards the Captain's office in a 'go ahead' fashion and followed after him. Once the door was shut behind you two Fowler put his hands together.
"Care to explain?" He rose a brow.
"Detective Reed was both verbally and physically attacking me, and Officer (L/N) intervened," Connor said.
"And now the Detective's out cold on the floor." He pinned you with a glare which you met with an 'I'm sorry?' expression. He sighed. "Look, I know Reed's not the nicest person but could you punch him where I can't see it? It was about time someone shut him up, but now the others are expecting me to reprimand you."
"But sir," Connor interjected, "she did nothing wrong! She was merely protecting me-"
"Which is why I'm not going to."
Your eyes widened. "Wait, seriously? Sweet!" You thought you saw the corner of Fowler's lip turn up but it was gone in a flash.
"Now get out of here, and act like you were scolded." He pointed his finger at you like a mother would if her child spilled milk all over the table. You hung your headーunable to hold back a smileーand trudged over to the door.
"Thank you Captain," Connor said.
"Make sure to shut the door on your way out," he replied shortly.
You 'sadly' made your way back to your desk and flopped onto the chair, crossing your arms. "Well that went well," you said to yourself, unaware Connor followed you. So when he spoke you nearly fell out of your chair.
"I don't believe I thanked you for sticking up for me."
"Eh, you did the same for me with Fowler, we're even." You stared at Gavin's slumped form, wondering when he'd finally come out of his deep sleep, when you got an idea. "Hey, plastic boi." You slapped his knee.
"Yes Officer?"
"When Gavin starts bugging you again tell me. I wanna punch him again." You grinned. Connor squinted, confused.
"But Captain Fowler might not let you off so easy next time."
"Well then I won't do it in front of him." Connor just shook his head. "What?"
"Reed will inform the Captain."
"Buzzkill," you muttered.
"But..."
"But?"
"But there are some...other things we could do that the Captain would never learn about, if you're interested." You didn't think androids could be mischievous but the look in his eyes proved you wrong.
"I'm listening." You leaned forward, a similar glint in your own eyes.
"I have an entire databank full of prank ideas, what say we...try a few of them out on Detective Reed?"
