Chapter Fourteen

"We're totally lost," Taehyung groans.

That is more than a fact. Neither male recognizes the area they're driving through, but it certainly isn't where they were supposed to end up.

"Well that's because someone who was supposed to be helping navigate kept getting distracted by the radio," Jungkook shoots back.

The younger immediately regrets his words and looks over at the doe eyed male in the passenger seat that turns his face to the window. Jungkook grabs his hand, giving it a light squeeze.

"I'm sorry," he sighs. "It's not your fault."

Tae nods, knowing the other's anger isn't really directed at him. "Are things still bad at your house?"

He only gets a shrug in response.

The older lets out an annoyed groan. "Pull over for a second," he commands.

With an eyebrow raised, Jungkook complies and pulls off to the side of the road. He nervously looks over at Taehyung.

"We should go back to my house. We can watch a movie or something and get pizza."

"Nope," the brunet firmly insists. "I'm taking you on this date."

"I don't want to go if you're not in the mood for it. I'm not going to be happy unless you are and you have a lot on your mind. Really, I don't mind."

He puts his hand Tae's cheek and leaves a quick kiss on the tip of his nose.

He keeps his face close, being able to admire the light freckles along the male's cheeks tan cheeks.

"I really like you. You know that?"

The other's cheeks quickly heat up, but for once he doesn't break eye contact with Jungkook. Instead, he beams happily.

"I like you too."

"No 'really'?" the younger teases.

Taehyung rolls his eyes. "I really, really like you Jeon Jungkook."

"Good."

He goes to kiss the blonde, but then hesitates. This is all still new to Taehyung and he doesn't want to push it.

However, the male grabs the collar of Jungkook's white t-shirt and pulls him in for a kiss.

Taehyung's already very addicted to his lips. Soft and thin, but during some longer kisses, he's felt them bring some intensity. He more than knows Jungkook could be a lot more passionate. But he's being patient and gentle, letting Tae take the lead.

"Still sure you want to go on that date?" he teases.

Jungkook laughs. "Don't tease me too much Tae," he warns. "I might reach a point where I can't fully control myself."

But he doesn't realize how much Taehyung wants to experience that.

Jungkook starts driving again and by the older's substandard navigational skills or more likely pure luck, they reach their final destination: the amusement park.

Taehyung's mouth hangs open as he sees the height of the rollercoasters and gulps a little.

The younger watches his reaction with a smile.

"You ready?"

He nods and they go to get their passes into the park.

Taehyung hungrily looks around at everything as they walk in. He doesn't even know where to start.

"Should we start off fast or slow?" Jungkook asks.

"Fast."
