Jungkook is shuffling through his phone, but for once with a purpose. He's currently reading every article he can find on lupus.
He knows this is exactly why Taehyung held off on telling him, but he wants to know as much as he can. Mostly so he can help Tae when he has bad flare ups, but also out of curiosity as well.
There's just one thing that kind of kept bugging him. Lupus has the potential to damage vital organs and eventually cause death.
But Taehyung is healthy and has made it clear multiple times that he's not near death. He'd be okay, right?
Ding dong.
Jungkook quickly closes out the tabs and shuts his labtop. But he double check to make sure the evidence of him looking up lupus is truly gone before he hurries downstairs to answer the door.
A soaking wet Taehyung is on his porch as rain downpours outside.
"It's raining?"
The older chuckles. "No shit."
Jungkook rubs his eyes. "Sorry, I was working on something. I guess I didn't realize. I didn't mean to leave you out here."
"No worries. I like the rain."
"Yeah, but now you're soaking wet."
"Hmm, you're right."
Tae's pretty brown eyes crinkle at the corners and he tilts his head to the side mischievously.
Suddenly, Jungkook feels himself being yanked outside. Taehyung pulls him onto the sidewalk where the cold rain beats down on them. In an instant, Jungkook feels the water soak through his t-shirt.
He doesn't even have time to complain because Taehyung's face is very close to his.
How is he always so beautiful? Even right now as he's waterlogged, he looks like a model.
