A/N

Hi, this chapter is 2 weeks before the tour and the single is out. Love all my readers ok bye S x

I clicked on my phone, I had just come out of tour rehearsals we've had to do loads of tour stuff recently. I had a missed calm from my Mum so I called her in the car park of Star.

"Hey Mum."

"Hi love, how are you?"

"I'm good how are you?"

"Good. Listen love, I'm so proud of you for this tour but because I won't see you for a while did you want to come down for the weekend? You can bring that girl you've been seeing."

"Who told you!"

"I have my sources. Please come."

"Ok fine, we'll come on Friday night if that's ok?"

"Can't wait. I love you."

"Love you too Mum."

So that confirms my weekend. I got home and Sarah was dancing around the kitchen to Can We Dance. She heard me come in.

"Brad, they're playing your song on the radio!" she said. She was so excited.

"Really?" I listened. "This is weird. Hearing my own voice on the radio." I said.

"At least you can sing." said Sarah. Then I remembered what I had to say.

"Oh yeah, my Mum called when I was at Star, she wants us to go up there for the weekend." I said.

"Us? Who told her there was an us?" she asked. I shrugged.

"Probably one of the boys." I said. "It's doesn't matter does it?" She shook her head.

"When do we go?" she asked.

"Tomorrow morning." I said.

"We should pack then." she said. She packed a white dress, white knee socks, black shorts, black knee socks and ripped skinnys with a selection of tops. I just shoved in the first few things I saw.

"Boys packing is so easy," said Sarah, packing her make up into a smaller bag.

"Girls packing is over complicated." I retorted.

The next day we got up at 6am to catch a really early train to Birmingham. It was about 4 hours by car and 4 and a half by train but we didn't really need the car so we left it.

Sarah was used to getting up early but I was stumbling around like a zombie. I remember putting the bags up on the shelf before I fell asleep on the chair.

When I woke up Sarah was listening to music on her headphones, mouthing the words to a song by Arctic Monkeys.

"What you listening to?" I asked.

"Fluorescent Adolescent." she said. She took one earphone out and gave it to me.

You were falling around

You took a left off last laugh lane

You were just

Sounding it out

And your not coming back again

She had been writing as she listened, random words on the page of her notebook. We spent some more of the journey listening to a variety of music varying from cliche boyband to indie rock I hadn't even heard of. Then she took hers out.

"I'm going to sleep, you can borrow my earphones if you need them." she said, yawning and covering her mouth with her black painted fingernails.

"Ok, I love you." I said.
