Both of us stand in front of the office of Lee Sooman taking a deep breath. To be called into his office more than once a month is dangerous. We take one last breath before making our way in to the office.
"I see you guys just love causing me trouble." He turns in his chair.
"Of course not sir."
"Then why do you two always make the latest headlines with scandals?"
"We're sorry sir. But people take things out of context. They love to start drama."
"I think the you're the ones that love to start drama. You've been the top story twice in one month. THE ONLY REASON THAT SHOULD BE IS IF YOU BEAT A RECORD OR SOMETHING. UNDERSTAND?!"
"Yes sir."
"I don't want to have to call you guys in here again. I'll let you go this time but next time I won't be so lenient."
"Yes sir. We understand. Thank you." I say before running out of his office.
"That. Was a close one." Johnny says.
"I think my heart stopped for a moment." I say out of breath "what should we do now?"
"Nothing" he says walking away
"What do you mean nothing?"
"We can't live our lives like this in fear we'll get caught. If we get caught and can't make an excuse that means it should be time to fess up."
"I guess you're right."
"Hey, everyone is going to be out this weekend. Let's go out on a date."
"Huh? Wouldn't that make the situation worse?"
"Don't worry about it. I have it under control."
"I'll take your word for it. What day?"
"Saturday and Sunday."
"Both?"
"Yup"
"Fine. Where are we going? Do I need to dress up?" I surrender and ask.
"Nope, it's a surprise and just be you're normal, beautiful self."
