So when me and Alex were walking back home we saw a flyer. It said "Opening auditions to be in the band The Storytellers" at the starlight cafe at 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..Alex said I should audition and i agreed. I started looking through my song book for the perfect song to sing at the audition. I chose "Never too far away". Its an upbeat song with lots of pump and jazz. Some of the lyrics are " youre never too far away,never too far away to come back home and swipe me off my feet".
So I know its really gonna catch the guys attention. Its going to be weird in a band with all boys. I think they wont accept me because im a girl but im still gonna try. No matter what I have hope.
So when I got home I practiced for auditions in front of my parents and little sister. They said the band will be to overwhelmed to not accept you...
