Team 1- Part 1

Squinting my eyes to adjust them to the dim lighting, I move down the hallway. My hands pulling at the three other doors to make sure no one will jump out. Once I hit the end oft he wall, I press my back against the wall and look down the three other hallways. I spot different objects in the halls meaning my targets could be hiding behind them. I just have to figure out which hallways they're hiding in.

Still with my back agains the wall, I fiddle with my watch as dad's voice rings in my ears. "When on missions, always give yourself a time limit and set your watch to that time. When the alarm goes off, you run." Setting the alarm to seven o'clock, my head snaps up as ruffling comes from down the hall. Gripping my baseball bat hard, I look towards the hallway on my right and push off the wall. "Remember to stay as quiet as possible when attacking someone. You want to give them the element of surprise." Dad once said as I nod my head while hearing his voice.

Walking slowly down the hallways, I recognize it as the hall with all the prisoners hiding inside. "Never stand in an open area. You will get caught. Whenever in that situation put your back against the wall to hide better." Dad would bark at me. Looking down the hall, I was about to sprint towards the prisoners hallways but the sound of the elevator doors opening causes me to freeze.

My eyes scan the area for something to hide behind and they quickly land on the stack of cardboard boxes resting in the hallway besides the prisoners hallway. Sliding over, I rest on my stomach while pulling my bat next to me.

Pocking my head out lightly, I spot a tall figure walk out. His green eyes shine lightly in the dark and his black hair matches perfectly in the dark. "Come on Fionia!" Vince calls for me. "Let's see what you're really made of." I don't move but I use my bat as a way to lure him over. Using the emergency light that's shinning on the other end of the hall, I allow it to shine on my bat was using a reflection against the wall to make him spot it.

My plan words as Vince catches the Nike check-mark shine against the wall on the other end of the hall. "Come on Nia. I know you're down here." Walking into my direction, he quickly presses his back agains the wall. Pulling my baseball bat back and sitting up properly, I try to make a little noise as possible. "Here Fiony. Here girl." Bitch. I'm not a fucking dog.

Looking slightly over the boxes, I spot Vince a couple of feet away. Ducking my head, I place my bat gently on the ground while sliding off my bag and shove my hand into my pocket. Reaching for my gun, I look over again and see that he's nearing me. Laying back on my stomach, I aim my gun for his hand. Exhaling, I shoot and watch as his black gun goes flying to the floor.

Quickly shoving my gun back into my pocket I watch as Vince screeches in surprise as he raises his hands while looking around the room. Taking that as my sign, I grip my bat and getting up slowly and quietly. I don't have much time so I move somewhat quickly until Vince turns around to sees me. I freeze. He stares at me. The gun being in the centre of the room on the cold cement floor. Our eyes gaze at each others and back down to the gun then back to each others. Narrowing our eyes in a challenging matter and each take a step closer to one another. "There's no way you'r—" Before Vince could even finish his sentence, I lung for the gun. His eyes widen as he does the same.

Gripping it in my hand, I scurry to my feet but am pulled back down by a strong hand holding my ankle. Tumbling to the cement floor, the gun flies out of my hand and Vince is quick to get up. Throwing my bat behind his knees, he fumbles as I quickly stand and step on his back just as he's about to get up. Hopping over his extended hand, I pick up the gun and smile in victory. My victory was cut short when Vince tackled me to the ground like a god damn football player.
