Chapter 25- Thantos/Silver's Power

A/N: Honestly... thinking about writing a light novel on the story of Thantos, which then goes into what happened between her and Abigor in detail, plus how she grew up in the Utopia of Wolves. Only because it is really difficult to give every single thing away pertaining to her, while attempting to also focus on the main plot of Jem and Silver trying to get stronger. Let me know in the comments if you want to read all that happened.

Also. I'm REFUSING to do little puppy updates anymore with only a few words for you all. In these NEW and IMPROVED chapters, you'll see them going between 1,500 words to 2,500 words as a max and min. Also I'll be putting pictures in the newer chapters, so give a little more omf to them. But anyway! Now that's THATS out of my system. Enjoy!

Jem's POV:

I was breathing hard. My chest was killing me, it was beating so fast. I was also crying. Why? I didn't know exactly. I knew I'd done something awful. But I couldn't remember what. All I knew was that the blood on my hands currently, wasn't mine.

<<< Rewind a few moments before

Thantos's POV:

I'd heard all about Jem from Abigor. He seemed to favor her, and that pissed me off to no mortal bound. How dare he talk about her as though he loved her more than me? I was his mate. His beloved. She would die by my hand. Here and now.

"You don't have to do this Thantos!" Silver shouted at me, moving closer, as if trying to appeal to my feelings.

"I'm oh so tired of talking," I told her, flicking off the rest of Jem's blood from my claws. "Let's get to the execution. Shall we?"

"My.. my baby.." Jem cried behind Silver, making Silver and me turn our attention to her. "What'd you do to my baby?!" She screamed, trying to use her ultimate command on me; her pitch raising to an almost whistle tone level, making my highly trained ears nearly bleed at its ferocity. Bending down to an attack position, I launched myself forward with my speed, and tried to hit Jem right in the kill spot of her heart.

But that's when she grabbed hold of my face, at the speed of light, with one hand, and looked at me. Her eyes as red a rubies. "My baby is hurt," She told me, her voice husky. "And it's all because of you!" And with that she threw me. Through a few trees and finally onto the ground. Who the hell was this? I thought, spitting out some blood in the area she was in.

"Come get me bitch." I mumbled, loud enough for her to hear.

Third Person's POV:

There she was. Jem. Slowly walking towards Thantos; her hands tightly clenched, her eyes trained on her, and both her eyes and hair switching colors. Her hair from purple with black streaks to just black and her eyes to red. It was scary to say the least. She looked like a monster to Thantos, but to Silver, that was her friend. Losing control over her body, and slowly slipping into her Kill Switch.

"Jem! Listen to me! You have to stop this now!" Silver begged to her, knowing that's all she could do at the moment without hurting her or the baby in the process of attacking.

"Must fight.." Jem mumbled. "For my pack. For my baby. I will survive." She told Silver. "So I will eliminate any who cross my path the wrong way."

"Walking quite slow there Jem," Thantos laughed, standing up to her feet. "Didn't you hear me? Come. At. Me. Bitch."

"With pleasure."

And with that Jem took off forward, using her leg to give her a good push forward so she could reach her in one step and knock the wind out of Thantos with a knee to the gut. Recovering quickly from that hit, Thantos head butted Jem, and while she was trying to regain focus on her surroundings, Thantos took a cheap shot at Jem's face with her fiests. Using her demonic powers to amplify the hit, causing Jem to fly a few feet from her. Jem smirked at this feeble attempt to subdue her, and was back to the action in no time. Using her speed to get close to Thantos, before grabbing her by her throat and pinning her against a nearby tree; leaving a small amount of space, just enough for Thantos to barely breathe. "Whose the bitch now?"
