A/N: Picture of how I see Silver looking. She's very beautiful, in my opinion. What do you all think?

Silver's POV:

It's been too long since I've been out of this human body of mine. It's definitely served me well, in some occasions, but will always prefer my wolf form over anything.

"And just why exactly are you out of Jem's body, Silver?" Elle questioned me, looking to be still on guard. She obviously didn't trust me. But really, couldn't she tell that I wasn't armed? I thought being in the nude would give her piece at mind...with at least that.

"Just thought I'd come out to say hi," I snarky replied. "So Elle. Do tell me who you are exactly."

"Guardian to these here woods. I am Ellemora Teresia Veriola. The first heir to the royal throne of the Kingdom Of Lost."

"The Kingdom of Lost?" I questioned, narrowing my eyes at her. "I haven't heard that name in eons."

Her face brightened up like a Christmas tree after my statement. "Why of course. It's an old place after all. Not many would know, unless you were in the Light Ages."

Ahh the Light Ages. Those were the days. Back when we wolves didn't have humans bonded to us. When we were free to do as we pleased, with either of our forms. Course, those were also the days when we wolves were such horny creatures. We still are, but not nearly as much as those days...

"Believe me...I'm much much older than I appear," I told her, moving some of my hair out of my face. "But right now, we've got bigger matters to attend to."

Both me and Elle turned towards Jem simultaneously. She looked dead - with her naturally tanned skin now scarcely pale, and her bright purple hair with black streaks now faded into a much lighter color. Her face was frozen in a state of fear. With her eyes and mouth still wide open.

I kneeled down beside Jem's unconscious body, and began stroking her beautiful hair. I hoped this would bring her some comfort in her frozen state. In truth, I didn't expect her body to react this badly to me leaving.

After further discussing plans with Elle for a while, we both decided that it would be best to get Jem to a safe location to rest. She'd need her strength, according to Elle. She sensed an unholy presence not too far from her domain's barriers. One in which we decided that Jem would have to face herself, without me to call for with my supernatural strength and advanced healing properties.

This would be a training exercise, to further develop her will for survival. If she couldn't defeat this creature on her own accord, then that would make for a major problem. She had to be prepared for anything. Both her mental body -  with me to call for supernatural strength - and her physical body as a human, would have to be able to fight.

Elle's POV:

"Are you sure that's safe?" Silver questioned me. Pertaining to the large tree guard, that was currently carrying Jem's unconscious body in its large arms. "It doesn't look too safe to me."

I chuckled at her nativeness. "They're quite gentle creatures, dear Silver. They would protect her with their life, now that they know she is not their enemy."

"I wouldn't hesitate to sink my canines into those moving logs, if she was put in danger." Silver growled, extending her canines towards them, to show that she wasn't playing around.

"Easy there wolfie," I laughed, reaching beside me to pet her head. "Bad doggies don't get rewarded."

"And just what would I gain from not devouring you whole?" She spat, throwing in a little threat for emphasis.

"Well deary," I started, internally pleased with myself for rilling her up. I still had my spunk. "Do remember who has control over the creatures who're taking care of your human. It'd be a shame if something were to happen..."

Third Person's POV:

Silver stopped right in her tracks, after hearing those words slip from her mouth. In all honesty, she wasn't at all expecting such a threat to come from such an old timer like her.

Silver's primal instincts were now fully awakened because Elle's threat, and she was not going to back down without showing her who was boss. Standing her ground, she stood up completely straight to show her full height. Then kept her chest puffed out towards Elle. Who had now also stopped to turn and to face towards Silver. The creatures, not wanting to be involved with their business, continued steadily down the path.

Unlike Silver, Elle didn't change her relaxed stance. Although she watched Silver closely, she made no further advances. If she wanted a show of power, she definitely could have it. Thought Elle, concentrating on the spiritual powers within her core, so that she could release a taste of it to show Silver her capabilities in the arts.

At the same time as her, Silver sent out a energy force of her powers. When the both of their fields collided with each other, an electric current was sent through the air. This was a test of strength and will. One in which none were willing to lose.
