On  June 5, 1980 Draco Lucius Malfoy and Carina Narcissa Malfoy were born. Their parents Lucius Malfoy and Narcissa Malfoy, nee Black, couldn't be more prouder of their young perfect pureblooded  children.

The Malfoy twins shared the same blond-white hair and pale skin that they inherited from the Malfoy line yet the eyes weren't quite the same. Whereas Draco had the famous grey eyes of the Noble House of Black, little Carina had the ice blue eyes of a Malfoy. Truly pureblooded, don't you think?

As the twins grew up you could tell how different they were. The young Malfoy heir had too much of an arrogance and slowly as the years would go by he began to act like a brat. The other one, held too much intelligence for her own good. Narcissa even expressed her worries of her daughter becoming a ravenclaw but Lucius assured her that their Carina was too cunning and ambitious to become one.

Carina at the age of three began to learn reading and writing. She even made sure to have enough time  to spend time with her older brother. Sometimes she would read him stories or she would encourage him to learn how to ride a broom. Who would have thought that Draco was afraid of heights in a young age? Draco started his lessons at age five.

Narcissa herself, taught her precious daughter how to act and speak as a proper pureblooded lady. A lady doesn't run ,eat sloppily, curse, belittle herself, seek too much attention e.c.t. , she would always say. Once Carina asked with an expressionless face '' What if I want to insult a mudblood or a bloodtraitor?". Her father smirked at her then petted her head and said "That's your brother's and my job, darling.".

Carina had excelled in keeping her emotions in check. She like her father, usually kept on a blank facial expression and cold blue gaze which only shifted when she talked or looked at her only and favourite brother. For Draco it was obvious that he adored his little sister more than anyone else and he felt really special that Carina only softened for him, not even mother or father , later he would say.

At the age of ten, Draco and Carina had already formed a small group. Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle would obey everything the Malfoy heir would ask. He would demand them to sit, they would, he would demand to them to roll, they would. Much better that trained dogs. Pansy Parkinson and Daphne Greengrass would try everything to gain the favor of Carina Malfoy, much to her annoyance. They would compliment her from head to toe or even try to open a discussion about a current book that she would be reading even though they were draft bimbos.

At family dinner their mother would ask about their their so called friends. Draco would scoff and Carina would shrug answering blandly " Morons. They don't even know what to say or do without us. But that's what minions are for, no?"

Narcissa would frown while Lucius smirk proudly. After some minutes Narcissa would ask "Aren't you worried about making friends?" The twins would look at each other first then at their mother.

Draco would reply "It's not like we are alone, mother. We have each other we don't really need anyone else. I protect her, she takes care of me, no one else can understand us and we don't need them to. Everyone else can bow before us."

Carina would smile fondly at her brother and he would grin happily continuing eating "Besides, when we attend Hogwarts and get into slytherin then we might meet someone worthy." Narcissa would smile at the twins as would Lucius.

That's how the years usually went by until the letters arrived.
