A Fairy's Deadly Sin

Their plan

Once everyone was awake they were deciding whether to head back to the fairy tail guild hall or the Boar Hat. Ban's argument was that they should go either place. The winning argument however was said by none other then the dense idiot Natsu,  himself. He said that Mao knew Magnolia so the chances of him finding them, there would be extremely high. Though if they went to the Boar Hat, he had no clue about Liones, not to mention they could get Liones to help protect Elizabeth.

Everyone having agreed with Natsu's rare logical thinking, the group opened a portal directly to the Boar Hat. Having been 6:00 in the morning, they weren't worried about Mao coming till at least two hours after, around 8.

When Lucy stepped foot in the familiar bar, she couldn't contain the smile on her face. Even with everything that had happened, Meliodas still remembered the place they made up. She would never forget that day.

Flashback

Little Lucy was curled up in the corner of her room. Her face pale and red. She had streaks on her unusually pale cheeks. The reason for this was very simple, she had a nightmare. With Meliodas always away doing 'king preparations' as she had heard Mao call them, she had no one to comfort her. After what seemed like hours she was startled, not only had she not realized she was still crying, but her brother had entered her room going unnoticed till he gently wiped away one of her fallen tears.

Lucy had finished explaining the nightmare she had in detail. It was them being separated and never seeing each other for months.

After what felt like 10 minutes to Lucy, when it was in reality a few hours, the two twins started talking about places they could go to hide and be safe. With that thought in mind the two drew and laughed as they, together made what was known to only them as the Boar Hat.

Flashback end

Snapping out of one of the few happy childhood memories she had, Lucy knew that they needed a plan.

Lucy's P.O.V.

After finally snapping out of my memories, I grabbed Natsu's arm dragging him, along with motioning the rest to sit at the tables. The tables not being big enough we technically just crowded them, however, we still managed.

Once we were all settled, I began explaining " Listen, we all need to discuss how we can defeat Mao. This is ridiculous. So first I say that everyone who comes up with an idea will say their piece, then we vote."

Normal P.O.V.

Once all plans were announced and voted for, they ended up with again a rare occurrence, Natsu had come up with a brilliant plan. Their plan in defeating Mao was to have Lucy and Meliodas act not trusting of Mao, as they had been the entire time, thus hopefully minimizing any suspicions. Then, Elizabeth would start saying how she truly trusted him and Meliodas should too. They would fight causing a delay in Mao's plans, for he'd have to solve the problem.

Once that train's course was set, Ban and Merlin would let the Liones guards into the castle. The guards would take out his minions one at a time as to not bring attention to that. When he has no means of defense they were to arrest him if possible, but if that was not possible then Merlin would smash the bottle containing Lucy's magic, thus strengthening Lucy to where her magic was before Mao had made her a baby and sent her away. Lucy having her complete magic back would along side Meliodas and Natsu fight Mao.

Having their plan completely explained, the group went to bed. Although not exactly having more then two rooms they shared. When Lucy was looking out a window, Natsu came up behind her. She obviously jumped at the chin on her shoulder, which happens to belong to her pink... Salmon haired dragon Slayer. She really wished he knew how she felt, though she still thought he wouldn't like her any more, than that of a family member.

The salmon haired boy had many cogs turning in his confused, worried, concerned mind. He kept asking if he should or shouldn't. He didn't know how she'd react or if it would be possible to get enough courage and strength to not only go through with it, but to not run blushing like a manic and not wanting to see what Lucy would do.

He wanted to kiss her cheek. His head kept reminding him the numerous dreams he had about rejection, but all the rejection nightmares were completely over powered by the ones that include not only one confession, but two. Two being His and Lucy's confessions.

Though the fact remains he still had the reoccurring nightmares where she laughs in his face and flat out rejects him. Not the way he knew his Lucy was, but in way that was the complete opposite of the blonde. So finally he came to a decision. That decision is up to you did Natsu kiss Lucy or not? It's not a question to be lightly considered. So please answer this which door did Natsu open the end or the beginning?

Okay so this chapter's ending is inspired by "The Lady or the Tiger" I absolutely loved reading the semi-short story, but honestly I wanted to leave you at a cliff hanger, sorry. Also I wanted to say THANK YOU SO FREAKING MUCH.
