A Familiar Feeling

After the big second adventure the group decided to stay at Lucy's again.  Thus, Elizabeth was happily chatting with the three in the kitchen when Meliodas walked in looking for said princess. He skid over to the table taking over the seat beside Elizabeth. Grabbing one of the many plates residing on the counter tops to be eaten by the remaining members of the sleeping group. As soon as the plate was directly in front of him he... Inhaled his food, much like Natsu and Happy do.

That is when the one and only Merlin formed in the middle of the room. Though she wasn't the only one that had come. She had brought Max along with her. The two had hung out since Lucy introduced the Seven Deadly Sins to the members of the fabulous Fairy Tail guild. As well as since she revealed who he and she was to Zeldris and Estarossa.  Also she had met the green haired male of the Thunder Legion. They related in a lot of ways.

Once Merlin grabbed a bag she and Max both disappeared.  Thus,  she left the group in a very shocked state.  Although it was short lived as laughter took it's place.

Max is a beige haired member of Fairy Tail. He possesses a type of sand magic called Sandstorm. He is in charge of pretty much all of the guild's activities. This includes the shop of  Fairy Tail merchandise.
This shop is where the recently reunited family resided before appearing.

It wasn't long before Meliodas and Elizabeth went for a walk around Magnolia. Seeing as Elizabeth was wanting a few answers to her questions.

She understood that she had some unknown meeting with Meliodas. Just no recollection of why she has no memory of such event. It was quite frustrating for her to say the least.

So with a quiet sigh and nervously clinging her hands to themselves, she asked " what, would happen if I knew about.....the curse. The one on us."
She was too afraid to look at his reaction. Instead she opted to look at her intertwined hands, that rested in front of her.

Meliodas, rather surprised said " I... don't know. Before you would normally have already died. Once we admit that we love each other. So honestly I'm not sure." He paused in thought before he hesitantly continued " I think we've broken the curse since defeating Mao, I pray that is the case."
He looked at her, the spark of emotion always present in his eyes stronger than ever.

The expression that was on Sir Meliodas' face made me ever the more certain and confident in my actions.

He's always been there. Always stuck by me, despite all I caused. His father banned him from his home.....all because we fell in love. Yet, Meliodas continued to find me no matter how many times I would die. Just so he could be there for the one life I have where....I don't die. Where I don't die because of my love for him.

I had no words that I could possibly form. I couldn't and wouldn't be able to convey my message to him. So....with the courage, the spark of emotions he possessed, provided I kissed him.

It was only a few seconds. But it had so many emotions conveyed through it. Ones not capable of being shared by word. 

It was only after that I realized where we were....and what I remembered.

All of the moments I have experienced along side Meliodas. All of the times I got shy and all of the love I have always held.

He, may be a demon to some. A creature some regard as evil. But to me he's more of an angel then I am.

Angels aren't determined by blood alone, but by the individual's actions and their motivation to commit said actions.

I may have doubts and made mistakes, but despite that I'm an angel. How could his mistakes, ones that he's never really made, his father did, be what makes people judge him and deem him a monster.

I could never truly explain this to him. I will try though, in time he'll know how I feel. How much I love him. What I would do to help him, support him in his goals is infinite.  That's one thing I have learned from falling in love over and over. Its never a controllable action. You aren't capable of choosing who you fall in love with.

All you can do is hope that when you do the one will be able to catch you, and never let go. Never let you fall into the depths. Where only pain and sorrow will greet you. It this fact and hope that he's given me and heighten time and time again. I couldn't be any happier. 

Because no matter what lies ahead he'll always be by my side. Supporting my endeavors and me supporting his.
