These questions made Esstarossa worry to no end.

As The night progressed the group got closer and closer to Hargeon. It relieved them to know that in a matter of a few more hours they could relax and finally be done with fighting. They could calm down after be on edge for days. They could get some decent sleep. They could have a normal day that never seemed to have any significance till now.

Time seemed to pass by slowly at first, until the sky began to lighten. The stars began to lose their luminosity as the sun's rays graced the Earth once more. It was only so many hours till they could be home. Though it still felt so far away. Like a dream, where they would be able to see their home and relax.

So much had happened to them in such little time that it felt like it wasn't  truly over. There wasn't actually peace. The fact that they finally got a break was incomprehensible. All of the drama. From stopping Zeref and Acnologia, supposedly defeating Mao, then doing it again all in a matter of six weeks. It was a lot to deal with and take in. One thing was for sure, the first thing they'd do is sleep.

With a rock of the large, wooden ship Lucy awoke. They had made it to Hargeon port after seemingly, an eternity. A ever torturous eternity of waves crashing into the boat, rocking it, as it traveled toward the horizon.

With the realization of their arrival in Hargeon Lucy swiftly jumped the her numb feet wobbling as she did. After regaining the feelings in her legs she went to share what she had noticed.

As the group pass through the town of Hargeon many sighs of relief were heard. The closer they got to the train the closer and sooner they were home.

Just the thought of seeing him again when things were finally peaceful was difficult to imagine. Containing my emotions was a challenge, but I couldn't reveal anything, not yet. I have so many things I had to try to keep hidden for so long. Once I am able to speak to him, we'll know when or if I'll ever tell those two. They have been through a lot I can't imagine how they'd react. I can only hope for them to be a little happy at the very least. I couldn't handle it if I discover they hate me. Thinking about them having hatred toward me and him brings tears to my eyes.
Thus, I quickly close my eyes as best I can without arising suspicion. I have held my emotions back for this long, I can wait a little more till I am able to see him.

With these thoughts roaming Merlin's head the train roughly returns to a screeching halt. Surprising those deep in thought, and holding back their puke.

Every one of them gathered their few belongings that were taken with them throughout the unexpected fight. Dispite been incredibly exhausted and on edge they slowly were returning to their regular cheerfulness. Bring smiles to the faces of each other. Gray and Natsu were slowly beginning to return to their normal bickering. Erza, dispite not ever openly admitting to it was glad for it. Regardless she still dispelled the quarrel amongst the two.

As they gradually grew closer in distance to Lucy's apartment Merlin split from the group her dissapearance going unnoticed by the rest.
She had quite a lot of experience in doing so. She was unsure how long she'd respond upon seeing him when and if she'd waited to go to the guild in the morning with the others. She didn't want to have to explain to them before actually talking to him about whether or not they were going to tell them who he and she really were.

Merlin was quite certain that Meliodas was already aware of who she was. Though she had not been told or confronted. This meaning he actually doesn't know or had kept it to himself and not wanted to interfere with her decisions. It was not a likely thing for the blonde, but many things about him were revealed to be true dispite them seeming highly unlikely to her. She had not expected to see and encounter his first love. She didn't expect him to still continue to feel as he did, but dispite how painful it was for him his love never faltered. It grew stronger along with him.

She knew exactly what that type of feeling was like. He had given it to her and she returned the feelings. It was definitely not going to be long before a lot of unknown relations were revealed. Honestly, she was happy to finally relieve herself of the weight that she felt from containing these secrets.

I know I have taken forever to update and I am so sorry for that. I am a bit stressed so I have made time for myself to write, seeing as it helps calm me down and just distract me a bit.
Though on another note I am so so thankful to all of you. I can't even express how happy and grateful I am.  We reached 22k and it's still rising. I didn't expect to exceed 100 reads, from the bottom of my heart thank you.
I am planning to update as much as possible. Whenever I finish a chapter I'll post an update for when I'll publish and if I'm not going to that week on the Instagram account I made for Wattpad. Everything that's happening I definitely won't be able to publish every week but I'll try to do so occasionally. Again thank you guys so much.
