When the day had ended the group was absolutely exhausted. From not just their 'war' with Mao, but also them having to tell their explanation a few times. It was annoying to say the least. Everytime someone came into the guild Hall their explanation started over. From the very beginning of when they left.

Lucy had just gotten to her apartment. Though she wasn't alone Elizabeth, Diane, and Jericho joined her in her apartment. Meliodas, Natsu, Ban, and King were not letting their respective girl out of their sight hence why they too joined her in her apartment. Mostly because after the fight they were afraid that Mao's minions would come after them. At least that was the excuse they gave. Though Lucy and Jericho did not buy that was their only reason.

Merlin was off with someone from the guild. Specifically a brown haired mage, that sells figurines of the other guild members. He also was a sand mage, the sandstorm type of sand magic. Honestly the two got along perfectly. Surprisingly enough they had a lot in common too.

Lucy's apartment had a lot of people in it. Most of said people were snoring. Lucy was having a hard time trying to sleep. She was so confused about it too. With how much had happened and how much sleep she did get you'd think she'd be out cold.

Lucy's P. O. V.

I sighed looking out at the massive clump of snoring bodies. I got up out of my bed slowly, trying vigorously to not wake the main source of the snoring that filled my apartment, coming from a salmon haired dragon slayer. I had no idea how he even got in my bed. Not to mention getting Happy to curl up at the bottom of the bed. Smiling at the thoughts I continue out of the room.

Once I make it out side I walk over to the side of the river. Looking up I see the stars twinkling as brightly as ever. I seriously couldn't describe the beautiful sight. Not having been home to see the sight for a week just increased it's beauty. The more I stared at the brightly shining stars the more beautiful they became.

Feeling hands on my waist and a chin on my shoulder as warm air lightly brushes past my ear. The scent of fire and cinnamon filling my senses. Natsu then speaks in a tone that emphasized his emotions. He softly whispered in my ear " What's wrong? You kinda worried me when I woke up and you weren't in your apartment. " Smiling softly to myself I replied " Sorry, didn't mean to worry you. I just couldn't sleep so I thought coming out to get air would help." As I finished speaking I closed my eyes taking in a breath of the scent that I had grown oh so fond of. The same scent that belongs to my best friend, that I just so happened to be in love with. The scent could never cease to amaze me with its power over me. It could always calm me. The scent that belonged to Natsu was always my favorite. I, although I enjoyed the comfortable silence that had surrounded us, still spoke up saying " Hey, now that everything is at a calm.... What.. What are we? Honestly, I don't know. We never really had a chance to talk about it." I opened my eyes to look up at the beautifully twinkling stars as I waited for his response. Though my admiring the stars was short lived for Natsu spoke up a second after I opened my eyes. He said " Well, I guess we are dating? At least if it's good with you? Cause if it isn't that's perfectly fine. I completely understand. Though it's perfectly fine if it is okay wi.... " Softly I place my finger on Natsu's lips to stop his nervous banter. Smiling I turn around to face him with his hands still on my waist and his chin back in its previous place, residing upon my shoulder. I say " Natsu, honestly that's exactly what I was hoping you'd end up saying. I would love that. And like I said before I love you so much, it drives my heart crazy. I couldn't be any happier that you asked. " Gently I raise my hand and cup his cheek.

NATSU'S P. O. V.

Sighing happily I lean into Lucy's hand that she placed upon my cheek. Embracing the warmth her scent provided. Knowing it was pretty late I said " We should probably go inside and sleep. It is extremely late." I reluctantly let Lucy drop her hand to her side, her nodding at my words.
Making sure she knows I am happy I grab her hand and interlock our fingers.

We were back in Lucy's bed she was laying on my chest and we were just quietly talking about anything and everything. Slowly though Lucy, began to drift off to sleep. I followed quickly after. Peacefully falling asleep to her scent of cherries and strawberries mixed with vanilla.

ELIZABETH'S P. O. V.

When I woke up I could feel Meliodas beside me. He was hugging me to his chest. Laughing quietly I got out of his hold and went to Lady Lucy's kitchen, since I happened to hear some hushed voices. Most likely the voices belonged to the two missing from Lady Lucy's bed. Along with the blue cat that had resided at the end of her bed.
When I entered the kitchen Lady Lucy was cooking and Sir Natsu was laughing along with her and Happy. Happy was eating a fish on the counter sorta next to Sir Natsu. Once Lady Lucy calmed down she grabbed four plates and turned around. She then said " Hey, Elizabeth come eat. " With her eyes closed and her mouth in a gentle smile. I slowly walked over to the stool beside the one Lady Lucy occupied. Silently I sat down before I said " Thank you Lady Lucy, it was very kind of you to make me some food. " She smiled nodding before waving a hand saying " Just Lucy is fine. Plus, I was already cooking Natsu and me food so I was just going to cook everyone one some while I was already cooking. " Nodding I smiled at her. She really is amazing, she is also extremely kind. I can definitely see the resemblance between her and Sir Meliodas.
