Chapter 6

Quick note I am giving Keegan a stutter because why not? I also am not completely experienced with the transitioning process so I'm sorry for any of my readers that are. If you want to tell me what happens so this story is more real feel free to. Now on with the story!

Mikey and I have decided that when Keegan turns six we will send him to kindergarten because by then we hope to have his name legally changed to Keegan Ross Cobban. When we told Rye, Jack, Brook, and Harvey they were very accepting and didn't mind that there was no longer a Maya. The most difficult part of the entire situation was going to be telling Jaidan, Robin, and Elijah. Keegan was worrying himself over if Jaidan would still love him if he wasn't Maya anymore but we told him that there is nothing to worry about. "P-Papa will Jay-Jay say M-Maya or Keegan?" Keegan asked Mikey when we were out at the park that afternoon.

"I don't know baby." Mikey says ruffling his hair.

"Why don't you go play with Robin and Elijah." I say kissing Kegan's head.

"Ot-tay D-Daddy." Keegan stutters running over to where Elijah and Robin are playing. Mikey and I are watching Jaidan and Zander while Harvey and Brook are watching the kids on the playground. Zander is only one so him and Jaidan get along very well. Rye and Jack are out on a date so the four of us decided we should take all of our kids to the park near my house. Robin and Elijah are Rye and Jack's kids, Jaidan and Keegan are Mikey and my kids, and Zander is Harvey and Brook's son. To help Keegan out I pick up Jaidan and face him towards me.

"Da." Jaidan says cuddling into my chest.

"Hi baby." I say running my fingers through his short hair. "Who is your brother?" I ask wondering what he would say.

"Key" Jaidan says pointing at Keegan.

"Yup that's right baby." I say holding Jaidan on my hip and walk towards Keegan.

"Hi-i Dad-dy! Hi J-jay-Jay!" Keegan shouts waving at us.

"Hi monkey." I say putting Jaidan down next to Keegan. I lean down and whisper to Keegan "Jay-Jay knows you're his brother not his sister." Keegan's face lights up and he hugs Jaidan.

"Luf oo Key." Jaidan says before raising his arms asking to be picked up.

"I will be over with Papa okay, monkey." I say kissing Keegan on the head. "Behave you three." I say ruffling Robin and Elijah's hair before picking up Jaidan from the ground.

"We will Uncle Andy." Robin says smiling up at me. I smile and walk back to the bench Mikey is sitting at.

"Hi babe." I say putting Jaidan down next to Zander on the play mat.

"Hey." Mikey replies pulling me down to sit on his lap. I turn sideways so I can lay my head in the crook of his neck.

"Your comfy." I say closing my eyes and humming a quiet tune.

"What you humming babe?" Mikey asks stroking my hair.

"Perfect," I mumble blushing.

"Remember our cover of that song?" Mikey asks starting to hum with me. I nod smiling at the memory, it was a great cover and day.

"Mikey! Andy!" I hear Harvey yell from across the park. I jump up grabbing Jaidan while Mikey grabs Zander and we run over to Harvey and Brook.

"What's wrong?" I ask looking around for Keegan.

"Pa-apa! D-daddy!" I hear Keegan cry from behind Brook and Harv. Mikey passes Zander over to Brook and I give Harvey Jaidan. "Papa!" Keegan yells running into Mikey's arms sobbing.
