Chapter 24: Dream Girl

Synopsis : JK and Shruti, his assistant are shopping. He gets attracted towards a baby whose name is Pinky. We see in previous chapters that JK had a girlfriend in law college and she is Pinky. He meets the kid's mother who says that she is his fan😍

JK had asked an interesting question to Ansuya Padmakumar. He could not imagine anything better than she being a lawyer.

Ansuya on the other hand was excited and she stretched her right hand towards JK for a corporate hand shake. JK too allowed her for that gesture. While shaking hands, JK noticed that Ansuya was wearing different kinds of rings on all her five fingers and in his mind, he said:

"If I am Mr. India then you are Mokembo. "

Sir, I am a Jurno. Have you heard of magazine Spicy Mix?

I am the senior correspondent there and I am chasing you, since last year for a fun - filled interview; Anusya introduced herself and asked for Justice King's interview.

Do you think, I am funny? Anyway,send me the questionnaire; JK answered sternly.

He searched into his back pocket and took out his card holder and wrote his personal number on one card and handed over to her. He hardly gave his personal number to anyone. But,Ansuya reminded him of his first infactuation and that was for Dream Girl.

Mine QA is ready and I will send you on Monday. Thank you Sir. I am excited for a one to one; Anusya exclaimed in excitement.

She took her baby from him and asked the baby to give him a kiss. The baby kiss made his day. Ansuya walked like in a ramp. He was mesmerised by her. He saw her till she exited from the store. His heart ached as Pinky baby was continously waving him Good bye.

His phone rang but it was not regular James bond tune (for clients) or Shree Krishna flute (for family). He had set Anjali Anjali pusphanchali for Shruti and her calls were important. She took care of all his appiontments. Shruti heard this time Malgudi days.... Tana na Tana na.

JK spoke loudly: Bol Shiney Darling.

He had a broad smile on his face. Shiney was telling him something.

JK was least bothered of the surrounding and said:

Tere pass koi naya Maal hein toh photo bhej (If you have anything new,please send him a pic)

"Maal," word and everyone gave a weird and suspicious look to JK.

Shruti was shocked and she thought Saar is so sabya (saint like) but it was an attack that he spoke in Mumbaiya language.

He and she made the bill payment. Hashmukhji had given him good discount. But Hashmukh ji asked :

Dhigra, Shiney kaun che. (Who was Shiney)

JK: Gf che

They left the store.

One hour had passed so smoothly. Shruti asked JK's permission and left for the day, her mind stuck on MAAL GOLMAAL.

JK took an auto. He thought of Mr.India movie. He personally loved that movie and something identical happened in his life. He too loved his children and that little Tina's face, often reminded him of his Son, Nichu,who just had a life for six years. He often felt, if he met God,he would ask him why was Almighty cruel with him? His first marriage was a mystery and second was a History. But everything happens for a reason, kept him going in his rainy days. Jassi, Nilu, Anil, his wife Trupti were his support systems. He was happy that there were too many people around him and they have loved him madly. This movie had another connections too. He loved little Tina so much that he had named Anil's youngest daughter as Tina and the most interesting connection began with his marriage with Mishti begum. He called her Begum those days. She was one, as she was coming from a rich family but money can't buy everything. Even, she had a sad past and being a science graduate, she would tell him, when two negative attracts, it turns into positive and that was true in his case. She loved the romantic number "Lo Aaj mein kehti hu I love you."

She sang that song, morning and evening to lure him. She sang well, but he always made fun of her talent. He would act,as if he is about to sleep but nothing stopped her and her lullaby continued in his life,brought smile on his face. Another thing was that his children and two brothers (Ravi and Vishu) were totally against her. They all had played pranks on her and infact tried to create a rift between him and her. He was a real Mr India at that time and played his role wisely,as a father, brother and a husband. She called her four rivals as Mr. India gang. Even today when all four monsters are together, though she enjoys their company, she has hidden fear of their pranks. They all still play together and create hullabaloo. He felt why was he missing her suddenly a lot? He wanted the four days to pass quickly.
