Chapter 25

"What's all the commotion for ladies??" he questioned.

None of us answered so he decided to continue to talk.

"You know Shai I would have-"

"A" I mumbled.

"Did you say something?" he asked, I shook my head 'no'.

"As I was saying I would have-"

"B" I mumbled again.

"Are you trying to say something!!?!" he yelled and once again I shook my head 'no'.

"Interrupt me one more time and I-"

"C" I mumbled again this time trying to hide my smirk as I saw him getting angry.

"You know what!!! Sasha finish whatever you were doing!!" he yelled and walked out.

"With pleasure", she smirked.

Since she had stepped away, she walked back towards me wrapping her hands around my ankle, she dragged me to the middle of the room making me scream out in pure pain.

Dropping my legs she stepped over me, she was about to put a foot on my stomach when we heard gunshots, this caught her off guard so I took this moment and grabbed her legs making her fall while letting out a scream.

I got on top of her adrenaline pumping through me a punched her all over her face while she screamed.

Aaron's POV

We had reached the warehouse and started to open fire, quickly running inside we all separated into groups.

My group and I went towards the basement and as we got closer I heard a scream, holding up my hands we stopped and listened, we heard the scream again and ran in that direction.

"1,2,3!!" we burst into the room a there I saw Ari on top of a woman punching her senseless.

"Ari!!" I shouted.

"Ari!!!" I shouted again this time I touch her and she stopped turning to look at who it was.

"A-Aaron??" she asked just to be sure she wasn't imagining things.

"It's me, baby, I'm here" I had a soft smile on my face, she tried to get up but fell back down letting out a scream.

I quickly grabbed her side to see what was wrong with her.

"M-m-my ankle" she mumbled before going limp in my arms.

"Ari??" I shook her.

"Ari!!! Come on baby girl I just got you back, you can't leave me now" I said, I felt a hand on my shoulder looking up I saw it was looking.

"Come on man, let's get her back to the medical room at the warehouse", I nodded picking her up.

"Where's the bastard??" I growled.

"Knocked out and in the trunk of one of the SUV's, I figured you wanted to take care of him yourself".

"Indeed, take that woman there too, whoever she is Ari almost killed her" I laughed slightly.

We walked out of the warehouse and I placed Ari in the van before I got in.

"Floor it, we're going to the warehouse," I said, and just like that the van was speeding back to the warehouse.

In less than 15 minutes we pulled up to the warehouse, I quickly called for my doctor and two medics came rushing out with a stretcher.

"Be careful with her" I warned.

"Yes boss" they nodded before opening the stretcher and placing her on it, they wheeled her into the room and much to my dismay they said that I couldn't enter.

I sat on the chair outside the room and waited, closing my eyes I leaned my back in the chair and I slowly felt myself drifting off.

Luca's POV

I got back from the mansion bringing back a change of clothes for Aaron and Ari along with some food.

Anna and Lilli insisted on following me but I told them I'll come get them tomorrow.

Over the 3 days that Ari has been missing Anna and Lilli found out about the Mafia, I thought that they would have freaked out about it but to my surprise, they took it well.

Walking into the warehouse I made my way to the medical room, I found Aaron sleeping so I didn't bother to wake him right now since I know he's tired, instead, I went to find the doctor.

I found him in the office looking at some papers.

"Hey doc, how is Ari??" I asked.

"Oh hello Luca, Ari is fine, come look at this," he said gesturing to the papers he was looking through.

"You see, she has a twisted ankle but it was done by force meaning that someone twisted it, and in order for it to heal I had to break it so it'll take about 2-3 months to heal and another month to heal properly" he explained.

"So why did she faint??" I asked remember her fainting in Aaron's arms.

"The test results show that before she fainted she had a major adrenaline rush which drained her body mixing with the pain so once it had died down her body couldn't hold up much longer causing her to faint" he explained again handing me the paper so I can read for myself.

"She also has bruising on her sides that will take up to a month to heal, she might also suffer from PTSD so I prescribed some meds for her".

"When will she wake up??"

"A day or two, it all depends on how strong her body is", I nodded my head and walked out of the office, Aaron was still asleep but I woke him up this time.

"Aaron wake up man you need to take a shower and get some food," I said while shaking him, I saw his eyes open and he just looked at me.

"Did you hear what I said??" I asked.

"No, I did not"

"I said you need to take a shower and eat" I repeated, he nodded and stood up, I gave him the clothes.

"I talked to the doctor he said that Ari is ok and will wake up in a day or two, so go and take a shower, I'll reheat the food".

"Thanks, man I really appreciate it, where's Dante??" he asked.

"He's in the other medical room he got shot in his arm because he told one of Michael's men that he would fuck his mom".

While Aaron had rushed off with Ari I had gone back inside to help the others.

Walking in I found a group of them including Dante, he was taunting one of Michael's men and said he would fuck his mom, laughing Dante didn't see when he pulled out his gun, and before any of us could react he had already shot Dante in the arm, Dante in return shot him in the head.

"Sounds like something Dante would say" Aaron chuckled before walking off towards the stairs.

I made my way into the kitchen so that I could reheat the food.
