Is This Possible? (Connor/Rk800 x Reader)

Chapter 4

Right off the bat you were introduced to sensual voices speaking to you and music with the bass making your body lightly vibrate. You noticed the Androids attempting to seduce you making you only slightly uncomfortable. You glanced around to try and found Connor. Though when you did he seemed... Entranced by another android. You frown slightly and rolled your eyes before going up to him and pulling him by the collar. "Now's not the time to have googly eyes for an android Connor." You said plainly not making eye contact with him. You weren't sure why you acted like that. Though you will admit, you were a little jealous by how good the androids look in comparison to yourself. Though you would never show it.

"I'm sorry Lieutenant. I was just observing the android since I've never seen a sex android before. I apologize if I made you uncomfortable by doing so." he said sincerely as you had let go of him and he stood in front of you. You sigh and rub the bridge of your nose.

"It's fine connor. Let's just get on with this case that way we don't have to be here much longer." You said putting your hand on your hip. "Besides... The sensual talking is still making me uncomfortable and the music is only slightly deafining." You finished. Connor gave a nod and the two of you headed into the room with the crime scene. You immediately wanted to vomit when you saw officer Reed there. He turned to you and approached you.

"Hey sweet cheeks~ I see your here with your plastic pet?" he said attempting to flirt with you but of course, you being you, it didn't work. Flirting was just useless to you and it never affected you even once. Even if a super attractive guy tried to get your attention it wouldn't do anything. You just rolled your eyes and glared at him while keeping quiet. "Your not going to find much. It's just a guy who uh... Got a little to freaky." he said laughing. You rolled your eyes once again and it felt like, if you were to do it again, your eyes might as well roll to the back of your skull. Though having enough of him being an arrogant ass, you kicked him in the shin causing him to wince in pain and hold his shin.

"Learn some common decency you prick. Sure it may look like that but have respect for those who died." You sneered at him. He just scoffed and walked away while shoulder checking Connor on his way out. "Geez... The nerve of that guy..." You grumbled under your breath but Connor heard it. He decided to leave you be for now but decided to look through to figure out what happened. He didn't get much off of the dead guy besides the fact that he was choked to death.

"The victim didn't have a heart attack..." Connor muttered while still examining the neck and scanning the heart. You turned to look at him and urged him to continue. "The victim was strangled to death." he finished and glanced at you. You looked at the shut down Tracy on the floor and nodded towards her.

"You think she was the one who did it?" You asked staring at the open eyed and still Android. Connor glanced over to it and nodded.

"I think I can reboot her for only a minute for information before she shuts down again." he told you as he made his way over. He opened a slightly broken panel on her stomach before re attaching two wires. After he did so, the Tracy woke up with a panic that even startled you so you took a few steps back. Connor on the other hand, calmly approached her and began asking her a series of questions. She did answer the biggest question that needed to be answer though shut down before the two of you could go into further depth about it.

"Well we at least got a little bit of info... However she wasn't the one who killed him... I'm going to go speak to the manager and see what he has to say. Let me know if you find anything helpful." You told Connor before finding the manager to speak with him. He did honestly seem like a shady guy and it also didn't help that he said there was no CCTV around the building and that everything must be kept 'private'. While you were speaking to him, Connor looked at an android and thought of an idea. He went over and attempted to get the android out of its case, but it wouldn't let another android pay for a sex android. He then turned to you and began to approach you. You turned to look at him and raised a brow. "Found something?" You asked as you looked at the doe eyed yet focused android before you.

"Yeah I just need your help with something..." He said and lead you to the android he wanted to be payed for. You crossed your arms and glared at Connor.

"Your fucking kidding, right? You expect me to allow you to get it on with an android while we have a deviant to catch?" You asked as you forrowed your brows in disapproval. Connors eyes widened and he shook his head.

"What? No! I was planning on probing her memory. These androids memories get wiped out every 2 hours. We only have 10 minutes left." He quickly explained. Your eyes widened in realization. He could just try and find the tracy model through the androids memory. You let out a sigh and turn to the android.

"I am SO going to be judged for this..." You mutter before paying for the android. It walked out and looked at you seductively causing shivers to go down your spine for a moment. Though Connor stepped in and grabbed her arm to probe her memory.

You panted after you and Connor had finished the fight but spared the androids and let them go. Turns out that deviants know how to love and the two deviants just wanted to be together. Connors LED seemed to flash yellow and his expression seemed confused... You approached him and looked St him while you stood next to him. He seemed troubled about what he did but... You weren't troubled at all. Those androids seemed happier together rather than apart and the two of them deserved happiness. You placed a gentle hand on his shoulder and squeezed it lightly. "You know... Even though we are supposed to be catching deviants... I personally think you made the right choice, Connor... Those two deserved to be happy and to be together." You said truthfully as Connor looked you in the eye.

Lieutenant (L/n): /\ (< that means the relationship is going up in a positive way btw)

"But... But my purpose is to catch deviants. Not let them go." Connor retorted. LED still flashing yellow. You gave a small smile and shook your head lightly.

"Come on. Let's get going." You said as you let go and began to make way to the car. Connor stared at the fence for a moment before finally turning and catching up with you. Connor got in the passenger side and you began to drive off toward the station to report what happened with the case. The car ride was silent and Connor had his eyes closed to report to Amanda. After he opened them, you decided to ask him a question that has kinda bothered you since the first mission the two of you were on. "Hey Connor. Do you head to Cyberlife each time we finish a mission?" You asked as you glanced at him for a brief moment before looking back at the road.

"No. I can make reports to Cyberlife wherever I go. I just stay at the police station at one of the charging stations for the night until you return." he answered. You frowned at that thought.

"How about you spend the night at my house... It might be more comfortable in the long run." You offered. Connor didn't seem to protest so after the two of you reported what happened, you began to head off to your home with some company other than your cat this time.
