I wake up in a hospital bed.

Beside me is a guy sitting beside the bed who I can't figure who it is since he bury his face between his arms sleeping

I try to move my hand and that wakes him up.

"you're awake" He smiles the most gorgeous smile I have ever seen,

"How long was I out Christian??" I ask,

"what were you thinking Elizabeth?? You could have died!!" He say with face full of concern,

"But I didn't" I try to smile,

"you think this is funny Elizabeth??" He ask,

"why are you so upset Christian??" I ask,

"oh yeah, why are you so upset Christian?? I'm just so reckless attacking those gangsters no big deal! And I could've died! Still no big deal! You should be happy Christian" He says in complete sarcasm rolling his eyes,

"Fine! Okay you've got a point! Jeez! I'm sorry okay? I was just trying to save Raymond" I sigh and so did he,

"you could've just called for help you know, no need for you to get hurt" He takes deep breath and stares in my eyes,

I feel like he's going to tell something. But I just don't want to assume.

"I panicked okay, I'm sorry" I sigh,

"and this is why I should stay away from you. The Tarantulas are the Scorpion's greatest enemy, if they find out who you are to me it will put your life in danger" He sigh,

I stare at him thinking about what he just said. I stare at him confused as I process everything.

"Christian" I finally talk,

"you don't understand how gangsters roll. Elie, and we'll just leave it that way" He say,

"who am I to you Christian??" I ask,

He is shock about my question. He stares at me for so long speechless.  Then he takes a deep breath and hold my hand and smiles at me.

And there my heart is beating so loud. Like it wants to break free from my chest, jump and hug Christian.

Part of it is scared of what he might say. But most of the part already knows what's going to happen and that makes me excited.

He is about to open his mouth when someone knocks the door and opens it.

It was Reid.

He smiles at me and I smile back and that makes Christian's smile fade away.

"How is she??" Reid ask,

Christian stand and walks towards the door.

"She's fine" Christian answers bitterly,
Reid nods and walks closer to me.

"How are you??" Reid ask,

"I'm fine" I smile weakly,

Reid sits beside me and holds my hand tight.

"get well soon okay?" Reid smile,

I smile back and I stare at Christian as he's about to go outside, He opens the door and before he can step outside he looks back at me. And I meet his eyes. And my heart just skips a beat.

He then walk outside the room.

"it's brave for you to defend Ray" Reid smile,

"thanks" I smile, "How is he??"

"He's fine, I came to visit him a while ago. He's doing fine" Reid smile,

"Thank God" I smile,

"I came here to see if you're alright" Reid smile, "Now I have to go, you need some rest"

He stands and lean towards me and kisses my forehead. 

"Get well soon" Reid smile,

Reid walk towards the door and step outside.

I wonder who came to rescue us??  It was just the two of us. Raymond and me. And it's impossible that it's Raymond who saved me because he seemed so unconscious when I see him.

The most upsetting part is I can't remember anything!  The only thing I can remember is I rushed towards the group of gangsters and they knocked me off.

I try to move but my body hurts. I check my phone which is surprisingly beside me,  and There are a lot of messages and tweets.

Some cared, some just pretend to care and the sad thing is I cant tell which one is which.

I think my whole life is just a stage play where everyone is only pretending.

I receive a text from Kim.

Hey Elie!!  I hope you're awake now because the last time we visited you, you were still unconscious. By the way I can't visit today I'm sorry I still have a stage play production. Get well soon love Sue Snell is waiting for you

Then I got another text from Lenzie.

Elie I'm sorry I can't come, playing Carrie White is such a stress plus the biochem is killing me.  I hope you're awake now. Because when we visited you you're still asleep.  Get Well soon Elie! I  Love You

What they say warms my heart. I'm so lucky and blessed to have best friends like them. I will do anything for us to stay together forever. Because I can't imagine my life without them.

I take a selfie and send it to them with the caption that says:

Surprise Bitch!! I bet you thought you'd seen the last of me!!

I try not to laugh as I send it to them. I place my phone on my chest as I close my eyes to relax.  Then I decide to read another message again.

As I check my phone I'm surprise to recieve another message. It was from a unknown number.

I open the message it says.

Elizabeth, please don't do it again okay?  If you need help or if you're in trouble call me. And this is my number.  I know, it's a brave thing you did to save Raymond and I'm so proud of you. I'm sorry I was so upset earlier because I don't know what to do if you were to be in critical condition. Please take care of yourself okay?  And I know I sound so boring right now and trust me this is not me. I don't do this very often. Makes me puke sending a very long message to a girl I hardly know. But you're different. You are brave and you almost died saving a friend you also hardly know hahahaha.  Anyways Get well soon okay?  And I'll try to visit you tomorrow though I have to talk to Mrs. Greene for being absent three days straight but don't worry I'll make a way.
