Rehearsals.

I don't wanna join this stupid musical since I'm not Carrie White but since Kim and Raymond are my best friends I'll try my best to play Sue Snell.

I walk along the auditorium and see all the casts sitting on the stage with Kim discussing something.

"you're late" Blaire smile,

"well, a Queen is never late. Everyone is just simply early" I smile back,

I sit beside Lenzie and smile at her.

"Hey Carrie White" I smile,

"stop I don't want to play the role" Lenzie sigh,

"why not??" I ask,

"because I'm not good enough, plus I'm asian" she sigh,

"oh Lenzie you're the perfect fit for Carrie White. And who cares if you're Asian or Caucasian or Black or Latin?? You have the talent Lenzie and that's all that matters" I smile,

Just then Christian arrives and sits beside Kim.

"you're late" Blaire smile,

Christian coughs and everyone stares at him including me.

"oh you have a cough??" Blaire ask,

"nah I'm just allergic to bullshits" He smile at Blaire,

Well, Christian is always this savage.

"well Hi! On behalf of my partner Raymond, I wanna welcome you all to our Carrie: The Musical rehearsals" grab your scripts at the table and study it okay?  You have like 20 minutes to practice now move!" Kim smile as she go to the props team,

Blaire smile and walk towards me.

"Hey Blaire" I smile at her,

"you do know that you're not a perfect fit for Sue Snell right??" she smile,

"Oh Blaire, you're always gonna be an insecure pathetic freak" I smile at her,

She raise one of her eyebrow as I walk closer to her.

"it's okay Blaire, nobody's perfect. But here I am!  Feel free to tremble" I smile at her as I walk away from her,

Christian smile as he walks towards me.

"Hey!" He smile,

"Hey!" I smile back,

"Uhm" He starts to rub the back of his neck which is the most adorable thing in the world,

"what?" I smile,

"uhm I just want you to know it wasn't me who texted you that long text" I can feel the breeze of awkwardness fill the air,

"oh" I reply,

Well he's not the one who texted me the greatest Love Text I have ever received. But at least he admits it.

"Uhm I've got to practice" He smile awkwardly,

"oh yeah me too hehe" I smile back awkwardly,

I wish the ground will open and devour me alive or maybe I could have Harry Potter's invisibility cloak. So that I could just disappear.

I sigh as I watch Christian walk away from me. He then pauses and looks back at me.

The most important rule of being a bitch is never assume.

So without smiling I look away and walk towards the piano. I figured I need to learn my song.

"are you okay??" Kim ask,

"yeah I'm fine" I try to smile,

"are you sure??" Lenzie ask,

"yes Lenzie! I'm fine! Also Kim can I please learn the song already??" I fake a smile,

"Oh right" She smile as she grabs a music sheet from her collection,

"what song is this??" I ask,

"Oh that's my favorite Carrie: The Musical ballad" Kim smile,

"really??" I smile,

"The Title is You Shine, it's Sue and Tommy's love duet" Kim blushes,

"Tommy??" I ask,

"yeah! It's Sue's boyfriend" Kim smile,

"which will be played by who??" I ask,
"Christian!!" Kim shouts at Christian who is practicing by the door,

"yeah?!" He smile,

"come! Let's practice your duet with Elie" Kim smile,

Christian jogs toward us and smile at Kim.

"what song??" He ask,

"You Shine" Kim replies as she hands Christian the music sheet,

"Oh" He smile the sweetest smile,

"you know the song??" I smile,

"Nope" He smile at me which makes me blush,

He sits on the floor and gets his phone and listen to some music.

I smile just staring at his adorable behavior. Why is he so handsome??

I walk towards the piano and start to sing as Kim teaches me the tune.

We spend two hours practicing our songs.

Kim finally stands in front of the stage.

"okay let us hear what we have learn so far" Kim smile, "okay let's start with A Night We'll Never Forget"

Evryone assembles on stage. Each with our places.

The Music starts to play and we begin to sing.

All of us starts with the choreography Kim has taught us.
We sing our arms and dance with the rhythm.

"🎶Holy shit!! senior prom's just a few days away🎶" we sing in chorus acting all excited,

"🎶 I've had nothing to eat since yesterday!!🎶" Miranda Hamper sings her solo,

" 🎶 I'll be gone from this dump by the final week of May 🎶"  Andrea Cliburn sings,

I then walk as I begin to sing my solo.

" 🎶 All I care is I'll be there with the best lookin' guy 🎶" I'm so caught up with my moment that I bump with Christian and I almost slipped but Christian grabs me by my arm hugging me then he stare at my eyes and smile,

" 🎶 If she asks me to dance, I swear I'll die 🎶" Christian sings in his soft angelic tenor voice,

"🎶 I will never look back once I finally say goodbye 🎶" Lenzie sings,

" 🎶This will be just great Oh my life is gonna take flight Can't wait 'til Saturday night Yeah!! 🎶" we all sing in chorus acting all excited and happy,
We end in a great pose and Kim claps her hands looking so proud.

"I didn't know you guys are fast learners" she smile, "okay that's all for today!! See you guys tomorrow at ten"
I smile as everyone exits the auditorium.

Christian walks ahead of me.

He pauses and looks back at me and then he continues to walk.

Oh Christian why the fuck are you so confusing??
