It's a sunday morning. I can't believe how fast time flies, because there's one more week left until the court hearing. It's going to be a busy day at work, since it's the weekend.
I went to work pretty early. That's an improvement. Well, as usual, sat down on the piano stool all day and played those boring music sheets that they provided me. Well, they aren't boring. I just get bored of it because that's basically what they keep making me play. It just goes over and over again.
After work, I just went home normally. But there was no time that I don't stop for an ice cream at the ice cream stop beside our café every sunday. So I stopped by there first. As I was walking home with my bucket of chocolate mint ice cream, I felt water drop on my head. I looked up to see more water droplets falling from the sky. Rain. That's just great. I took my umbrella and continued walking home.
When I got home, I looked at the clock and checked the time.
[9:15 pm]
"Glee is on the telly right now." I thought to myself. I dried myself off with a towel and changed to my my pink oversized shirt and my comfortable sweatpants. As I turned on the telly, the rain started pouring heavily and the thunder crashed so hard, I couldn't almost hear what I was watching. My phone's notification tone sounded, and I checked on it. It was a notification from the weather report app.
Thunderstorm warning and heavy rain is reported at 9:20 pm. People are suggested to stay at home, or stay indoors as roads may close down.
"How lucky am I?" I though with relief.
I was enjoying my bucket of ice cream while watching glee when I suddenly heard a knock on the door.
