The Disturbing Case of Eugene Lee Yang

Suspect #2

  "Why would I kill Keith?" Eugene asked, annoyed after so many questions from Ryan and Shane.

"I know. You shouldn't feel accused but if you really want to resolve this then let us give you a lie detector test." Ryan said.

"Whatever." Eugene rolled his eyes. After much persistence from Ryan and Shane a sigh of relief escaped both their mouths.

Mike was brought into the interrogation room with his big machine once again. He hooked Eugene up to the machine.after some routine questions they started again.

"How long have you known Keith Habersberger?" Mike asked.

"We've known each other for three years, but just started seeing each other about nine months ago." Eugene responded.

  The lie detector gave a positive response, indicating Eugene was telling the truth.

  "Is there any way Ned could've killed him?" Mike asked, his eyes locked with Eugene's. This was the first time Eugene was asked that question all day. And Eugene hadn't really thought about it before.

  "I'm sorry, but I guess it's possible." Eugene said.

  "Ok. Thank you." Mike said, unhooking the machine and leaving the interrogation room.
