I woke up calmly then opened my eyes and sighed. I brought my hands to my face and rubbed my eyes a little then put one arm behind my head. Who knew if I was the only one up at this time, as it was seven O' clock in the morning. When I sat up I looked on the floor for my pants to fetch out a cigarette. Reaching for it I grabbed one and grabbed my lighter. I didn't feel like getting up on the terrace but I knew the President might kill me for smoking in the white house. It was a bit chilly so I looked in the closet in the room and found a robe. I opened the terrace and walked out. When I reached the railing I lied my arms in it and left my cigarette hanging between my lips. Looking to my left I noticed Allison still wasn't awake.
I took a couple more drags then walked back into my room.
I took a quick shower to get the smoke smell off of me then found my clothes washed and hung in the closet so I put them back on. When I walked back into the bedroom drying my hair with the towel I saw the President and a woman holding a tray of food I guess for me for breakfast.

"Mitch, you're awake and washed." The President objected.

"Yup, what's this?" I pointed to the tray.

"You have to eat for the big day ahead of you." He mentioned. "Now eat up and meet me in the Oval." He said then left and the woman left me the tray.

I walked over and brought it to the bed. I drank the coffee and just ate the toast. I through the rest out and grabbed my coat and headed to the Oval. The secretary Cassie waved me in and I opened the door to see the President and Allison. He gestured for me to sit down and I followed his orders and sat. Allison looked down at the ground then at me. I cleared my throat then looked at the President.

"Mr. President-"

"Please Mitch, call me Gerald."

"Okay, Gerald.... What's on the agenda today?" I asked crossing my arms sitting back.

"What's on the agenda today Mitch is that you're going to start driving to Milan with Allison. Ghost is here already in America we can't say if he's close to Virginia yet but it's certain that it won't take long to get here, so you need to get Allison out of the US as quick as possible." Gerald mentioned to me with a glass of scotch in his hand.

"All right. Is everything packed and ready for her?" I asked looking at Gerald.

"Yes, and I have your car right outside. And everything you need is in the car also. You know what I mean."

"Of course sir."

"Okay, Allison ate breakfast and I left you both some extra cash so you won't go hungry and unhealthy." He explained more.

"Okay, sounds good. Let's get going." I say and stand up.

"Okay, go start the car I want to say goodbye to my daughter." He said.

"Okay." I looked at Allison she put her hair behind her ear then stood up to walk to her dad. I walked the other way and left the Oval.

----

Moments later Allison came down with a suitcase. I dropped my cigarette on the ground and stopped leaning on the car and walked to grab the suitcase for Allison.

"Hey, I can take that." I said to her.
She didn't say anything but handed it to me. She's really quiet and shy sometimes I can't figure it out sometimes.

After putting her suitcase in the car I got in the driver's side and started the car. She was in the passenger side and then I took off.

It was only twenty minutes we've been on the road and neither of us said a word. Till I realized there was something missing in what the President didn't inform me of.

"Hey, Allison?" I called out.

I could tell by the corner of my eye that she looked over at me but didn't respond.

"How does your dad expect me to drive to Italy? We need to get on a plane." I mentioned.

"Yeah, we have a private jet you have to drive there it's at the end of Virginia. He must've forgot he drinks too much scotch."

"Okay, I know where your talking about and don't worry about that. It's just like me with cigarettes." I tell her then make a right turn.

"Yeah I don't like that stuff, alcohol, cigarettes I can actually smell it on you. You had one before I came down didn't you?"

"Yeah, like I said Allison I need it. It's habit I picked up from my mentor Stan Hurley. Your lucky I don't do it as bad as he does I at least try to do one or two times a day to get me going." I mentioned and shared a glance at her while waiting at the red light.

"You know to put all of the luggage and everything on the Jet?" She asked.

"Yup, I've done this dozens of times." I said then turned back when the light turned green.

"Well, can I ask why you started doing this stuff? I mean you must've gone through something terrible to have all of those scars." She observed.

"I don't really like talking about it to people I'm not close too." I said honestly.

"Oh, yeah I get that." She said then turned back to look out her window.

"What about you? Are you nervous this guy is going to really come after you?" I asked her.

"No, I'm not I have my dad who's having everyone he knows to look out for him... And I have you, I mean I don't really know you but my dad and your boss trust you so you must really mean something." She said with a sweet tone.

"Thanks, I guess." I laughed.

She looked at me and smiled. I looked out on the road and noticed we were out of Washington DC. We should be at the end of Virginia anytime now. If this private jet she spoke of was ready to go we will be out of here in no time. Especially with my fast reckless driving. I'm surprised Allison hadn't said anything yet. Well, I haven't been reckless yet or that fast because there was barely anyone on the road.

"How long until we get to the end of Virginia?" She asked.

"Not long, it will still be daylight and we'll be on the Jet and you'll be safe. You can call your dad so he won't be so worried when we're on the Jet." I told her.

She nodded her head, "Hey don't worry you'll be fine okay. You have an assassin watching over you."

"You know when you say that it doesn't sound so pleasing." She mentioned.

"Yeah you're probably right. I could be a serial killer for all you know. Well I do kill but not just random people. People who deserve it."

"Wow, you don't ever get traumatized by that? Like you can sleep perfectly fine at night?" She asked.

"Well, the first time I wasn't used to it. I did have nightmares but after a while they stopped I'm used to it now. It doesn't scare me."

"What does scare you?" She asked with a calm tone like she's been wondering this since we've met.

Since there was no one in front of us and it was like a long ass road I looked at her with concentrating eyes. As did she since it looked like she really was wondering. If we're going to be together for a while now I guess I should let her know a little about myself. Although I never open up to anyone, not after my fiance died.

"Nothing. Nothing scares me." I lied.

She didn't say a word. Her facial expression was still the same which made me look away. How does she know I'm lying? It makes no sense, this girl is a touch one to crack.
