If you have funds, you can enter ticket selling. (however, I'm not into this business.) where in you'll buy concert tickets in advance then sell it for a higher price.
If you have a talent in programming, you can offer website development and system analysis for any clients. This can be a good business, however, a client transaction will last for 3 months each - 12 months. But can be paid. For 15k - 250k per system.
NO matter what business you have chosen, make sure you'll take responsibility in these, especially when you already recieve payments.
