By 20s we all know that stress is everywhere, anytime, Monday to Sunday, 1am-12midnight, but we can still be peaceful and calm.

If your boss. Shout at you, breath. Go to pantry or drink water.

If your professor got angry, just do better at exam's - so she'll know that you're still learning.

A lot of bad things can happen but don't forget to be calm, it's just a bad 5 mins or 5 hours of you day - not your life. And before you sleep every night, make sure you sleep peacefully and ready for another tomorrow.
